    • Is it ok to empty the tblactivitylog? I tried emptying the logs through whmcs' system cleanup and it did brought down the logs but my database size stayed the same. If it empty/truncate this database from the mysql console. it sure does brings down my database file size. Will this be safe?  I know the logs will be neccessary but i need the space.
    • Hi, I'm Developing a WHMCS OnePage PREMIUM Ajax based Order Form (Complete Single Page Check out). I got one question in mind that is there enough customers need for one page ajax based order form? Cause it will be a premium order form. So, If I don't get enough customers to buy the product, therefore, it will very bad for me. Already 75% works are done. 10-20 days later it will be sold in Codecanyon. You can find the order form development progress on my website. ( http://studio.ractbd.com ) What do you think? Would you personally have any need for ajax based one-page order form? Note: Already we created a creative, colorful and advanced order form. You can check out the order form from here.
    • You're seeing this as some sort of an oversight on the part of WHMCS, when the lack of current Windows support is actually deliberate policy.  They used to support Windows and at some point in the last several years took a decision to cease doing so.   It should still work at the moment, does for us, but don't be surprised if you can't get any help with more complex problems as you go on.  We own our own equipment and so can't readily switch our WHMCS server to *nix on their whim, but for sure if I was starting out I wouldn't choose a Windows box for WHMCS, as sooner or later you're going to come up against something that doesn't work and you'll be completely on your own. That's fine, there's already too many people in this space.
    • Dear Friends please advise im setting up whmcs with a few directadmin servers with the directadmin admin user and it works great My question! is whmcs only working with an admin account? ive tried to run it with an new reseller (non admin) account but im not able to connect with any settings i tried to any server
    • not really - you moved the goalposts and simplified index.php.... that's fine and it will work (up to a point)... until you need to use the features of index.php that are no longer there in your above file... remember that index.php is a lot more than the example file taken from the dev docs - it must be about 150 lines long.. but if this is only a dev, then it wouldn't really matter... however, if it were a real live site, then this is not a real solution.
    • Hi I have three domain registries, enom, resellerclub, webnic, and choose different domain registries according to different conditions. In theory, this is great and I set up this in the WHMCS management plane Setup> Product / Services> Pricing and set this The Auto Registration field in the page TLD list is intended to automate the domain registration process, as shown in the figure.   I try to transfer the client's domain, TLD is .com, the TLD Auto Registration is enom, the customer order successfully completed, and then I went to the Clents> Domain Registrations page, see WHMCS processing progress, I found Transfer Order status is active but Registrar field is NONE, and the API does not send any instructions to any domain registrar. I have to manually set the registration is enom and then send the Transfer Registrar Commands to enom, which makes me confused. In this case, I do not know the customer Is needed to transfer the domain if the client domain is close to the domain expires date, in this situation for the domain transfer, things that get urgent, it makes me anxious and i can not afford the customer to transfer his net on my site Domain and lost his domain.   I would like to ask how can I set up to allow the domain transfer to be automated to switch to TLD settings for the Auto Registration domain registry?   Using WHMCS is expected to be helpful for automation   I have spent several days, try to find a variety of options set, can help me?   best regards Ann
    • is there any locking up so the reseller customers can not access the whmcs dashboard, by cell phone? whenever they try to log in via the error cell Is there a way to have this access?
