The matter was therefore escalated to the OX Suite team today @ 20:05 BST for further investigation.
 


	We received the following response @ 20:14 BST:
 


	&gt; We are experience an problem right now, which is under investigation. 
	&gt; To my knowledge not all customers are affected on the platform. 
	&gt; Issue should be already fixed, or soon fixed.

	We'd like to inform you that an OX Cloud service degradation was detected on 19/09/2024. The teams at OX had seen an issue with LDAP and items like additions, deletions and slow password changes.

	Open-Xchange will update the environment with the latest version of OX App Suite v8.18 beginning Thursday, October 26th, 1:00 a.m., EDT.
	 
	New Versions:
	
	- Open-Xchange App Suite Frontend v8.18.1
	- Open-Xchange App Suite Middleware (Backend) v8.18.0
	
	Enhancements to the OX Cloud platform in this release include:
	
	- Introducing keyboard shortcuts for a more efficient experience. With selectable presets, easily switch between Gmail and Outlook styles, streamlining your navigation and actions. Shortcuts can be configured in Settings &gt; General &gt; Keyboard shortcuts
	
	- Users will also notice a new design when writing emails on mobile devices. The new design allows for collapsible windows, giving you more space to focus on your content.
	
	- We updated the default settings so that when someone sends emails, the email addresses of the recipients will be automatically saved in their address book "Collected addresses". Users can still turn this feature off in the settings if they prefer.
	
	Fixes to the OX Cloud platform in this release include:

	Maintenance Time Window:

	There will be up to a 5 hours period of time in which short interruptions can occur.

	Clients placing new order for these plans may find they are limited to the "Lite" trial services, and see messages prompting they Upgrade to Pro.
 


	The issue has been escalated to the 360 Monitoring team for investigation and resolution.
 


	In the meantime 360 Monitoring support can manually correct the features for affected clients.
