  1. Ok, that did the trick. The Income Overview widget wouldn't stop loading on the dashboard so I removed it. The Income Forecast widget is working great. Thanks!
  2. Ah, thanks for the tip. Good to know but I don't have the file. I can live with navigating the Reports section for now. I think that stat keeps me more in tune with my business.
  3. Hello, If I recall correctly there used to be a widget on the WHMCS admin dashboard that displayed annual recurring revenue. It included all active billing cycles. Is there still a way I can view this? Or would hovering January 2021 half way up the graph under Reports > Income Forecast > Cumulative Income Forecast Total produce the same totals? Thanks!
  4. Greetings, I am using six products/services instead of the recommend four with the Cloud Slider order form. I really like the template and customizations I have made. However, six products are too many for mobile devices. Hence, the WHMCS recommendation and Google Search Console "Mobile usability issue detected" notification I received. The slider works but the services overlap each other partially and are generally just too bunched together making usability more difficult. I was wondering if it was possible to hide two of the products on small screens (480 or less tablets are fine) or simply redirect to another order form. Thoughts? Thanks!
  5. Thanks all! Ok, while chatting with another Tawk agent this morning about the WHMCS module I was directed to the embed code as a better solution. I also realize I need to use live chat on a domain and sub domain (WHMCS install) so this is the best option for me as far as I can tell. And yes, it is totally free.
  6. Ok cool. I may give this a try first thing Monday morning. I will update the thread with my findings. Until then have a good weekend. -Seth
  7. I am back from a quick chat with Tawk. The module has NOT been confirmed to work with anything past WHMCS 7.2. The status in the WHMCS MarketPlace is correct. However, still might be worth a try. Thanks.
  8. Good point. Maybe I will try to confirm. Thanks!
  9. The Tawk.to computer app looks updated. Perhaps I should have said the Tawk.to WHMCS module has not been updated in two years (5th May 2017). Is it still working well for you? What version of WHMCS do you have installed? I see the compatibility is only checked up to v7.2. I'm running v7.8.3. Thanks again!
  10. I did indeed. There is also a third that caught my eye => https://marketplace.whmcs.com/product/1998 (LiveChat) If you had to pick just one, what would it be? Tawk.to hasn't been updated in over two years so that makes me a little hesitant. LiveChat hasn't been updated in over a year. And, the WHMCS Live Chat and Tracker isn't rated / reviewed as high. Hmm... Thanks!
  11. Hello, I am looking for a live chat software recommendation a tld domain and sub domain (WHMCS installation). What is the easiest and most reliable solution? Thanks!
  12. 'Ya know in all the years (since 2007) I have been using WHMCS I don't believe I have ever stopped by to say hi and introduce myself. Hello! I'm Seth. Give me a look if you like: https://my.rockhost.com/ I decided to skip the WHMCS Bridge plug-in because the Alaska (WordPress theme) developers do a regular disappearing act and WordPress itself isn't exactly known for security. So, I went with the WHMCS Integration service. Let me know what you think. Thanks!
  13. I was having the same problem until recently. Google Ads now recommends the conversion code be placed in the head tag, but, that doesn't mesh so well with a global include. However, I am seeing connectivity through the complete.tpl integral method that is referred to above. Hope that helps. Works for me. Thanks!
  14. Hello, I just enabled the eNom Watchlist via my WHMCS admin install. However, I notice a very slow load. Is anyone else experiencing this? Also, the "Recent News" links are all 404. Server Error 404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Thoughts? Opinions? Thanks!
