      Thank you for responding.   No,  For instance, I want to offer a Christmas discount of 20% for existing customers who get billed each month.  But I only want it offered one time.   I can offer promocode in whmcs, but it is for only those who are 1st time signup customers and not those currently using service.  When the new customer signs up, adds promocode they get the discount during checkout.  But there is no option to offer current customers the same promocode.   I hope that makes sense.
