Validity period not valid" Customer bought a RapidSSL through MarketConnect and when I try to enter the CSR info logged in as him or from the manually configure section I keep getting this error. He has a .co domain, but I put in the CSR and all the information and when I select his admin@domain.co and click next I keep getting this "Validity period not valid" error. He did buy a 24 month cert. could it be he needs to purchase a 12 month cert? I checked my server time and it's set to EST. I just can't see any reason this would error out when trying to submit the request from WHMCS. any ideas?

Does anyone know if there is a let's encrypt module available anywhere? One that can be used for a customer to generate an SSL all from within WHMCS.

We are using enom for the domain and ssl provider and we noticed that when an ssl order is placed that includes the required CSR, that data is not sent to enom to process and we (or the client) has to enter it again and submit it.. why is that? How can we 'fix' it so if entered it sends it when order is approved/placed and/or the module ran?

Hey there, After applying the necessary changes to the Plesk configuration for PCI compliance that essentially disable SSLv3 and TLSv1 (leaving only TLSv1.1 and TLSv1.2 as an option), WHMCS is no longer able to communicate with Plesk. It provides this error when attempting to do so: Is there something being passed to curl that is requiring SSLv3 or TLSv1.0 only? We're using openssl-1.0.1e-42.el6.x86_64 on CentOS 6.7, which most definitely supports the latest TLS protocol versions. Plesk: 12.0.18 Update #69 WHMCS: 6.1.1

I upgraded my WHMCS to the latest version last week, and just today and yesterday, after I pass the login page for the admin section of WHMCS, it loads index.php but shows only a blank page. This happened on the two times a new customer signed up, but I think it's due to inproper SSL settings, I tried changing the URLS inside the admin panel to SSL's https and it's loading that by default now but showing just a blank page. The guys at tech support recommended I copy new files into the directory to "restart" WHMCS, but I don't want to lose all my settings. Also, I now get a PHP error:

Hello, I am a hosting reseller. My domain is shooinco.com/hosting. I am ready to move this to shooinco.com so that I can launch my new site and I have quite a few bugs that I want resolved with regard to SSL. First is .. I set up a SSL certificate but I will be honest I am not sure what I am doing for the most and I rely on my VPS for the most part so any help will be appreciated. My clients who i just recently started signing up on there own. Most of my customers are people who I build the site for so they very rarely ask for access to the cpanel. Now that they are they are getting that site untrusted screen whenever they try to access there cpanel.. Is there a way that I can fix this? Thanks

What could cause this? I am on SSL, so I thought maybe it could be related to the WHMCS SSL System URL. WHMCS is installed on https://whmcs.mydomain.com. If I put HTTPS for the System URL, it makes the SSL System URL blank. We're working on configuring the GoGetSSL.com catalogue of SSL certificates in WHMCS but don't see an obvious path for making all of the configurable product features (e.g., additional domains [sAN], long-term issuance [4- and 5-year certificates], etc) available during the order process. We've already read... the Addons and Configurable Options documentation, and the GlobalSign SSL documentation ...and used these [together] as a template for setting-up the products in WHMCS. i.e., It's fairly labor-intensive but... The duration of the cerficiate can be set-up easily enough, and; The additional domain names can be set-up easily enough ...by creating a separate configuration option group with two different configuration options [Years & SAN] for each product. But, IIUC, the unit cost of any additional domain names should be multiplied by the duration of the certificate and there doesn't appear to be logic built-in to WHMCS to accomodate this. Is there some way to use WHMCS to achieve this? TIA,
