  3. Hello all I'm surprised that this doesn't appear to be have been quoted / commented on more than it has, as I'd suspect it affects far more than just the handful to raise their hands so far. When a client is logged into their WHMCS-based account, they have the ability to SSO to their cPanel-based account, a great hand-off from one platform to another. Unfortunately what doesn't happen is the domain name remaining the same - so client starts their journey at https://myhostingbrand.com/client and then is passed into cPanel at https://servername.myresellerbrand.com:2083 This breaks the whitelabelling nature of being a reseller and exposes domain names that can lead to confusion with the end client. @WHMCS Peter has documented that this is possible, and a Feature request has been created. If you also experience this (or even if you don't!) it would be great to get the "I like this idea" count up and try to bring this development forward, so that everyone who uses WHMCS with cPanel can enhance the reselling experience for their clients.   6. Since upgrading to version 7.8.3, a lot of robot accounts have suddenly appeared, using confusing names and various email addresses. This time I have a small problem from days ago as indicated by the title of the topic, my WHMCS system is not sending emails to the corresponding clients (payment notice, email verification, password change, new clients and many more). I have searched the community if there is a related topic and I will not get it who can give me a hand? Note: I have already reviewed the email platform in the cPanel and everything is fine, the main email sent and receives emails, password and configuration of the same, I think the problem occurred with the last update of the system
  14. Hello everyone, I want to configure Domain Registrars on my WHMCS. I have seen whmcs detailed documentation where they explain Domain Registrars. but I didn't understand where to start. They said ''the configuration function is a required function of all registrar modules" but I didn't find this function. Do we have to create/upload the configure file for this or something? Examples: sometimes we ask support on official WHMCS website (www.whmcs.com) or even other custom modules development for some-kind trobleshooting or even an developer for something that need to have access to our WHMCS. 1 - Grant access to a staff from WHMCS sound resealable acceptable and most trusted (considering I am doing it from www.whmcs.com; 2- But when it is from other company modules developers less reputable than WHMCS sometimes I am not so comfortable in giving access full administrator especially if you never know exactly what time they will login (due different time zones). PS: there is those options to send confidential information on special fields provided, but.... An admin user, can just manipulate WHMCS logs and do bad things and erase history, or just snoop around your stuff and erase at the end? So what is you best practices when you need to provide confidencial information for your custom module development or a developer?

  22. Hello There I decide give a test to Spam Experts activating on marketconnect. After made of configurations MX records, DKIM, SPF record I could be able to receive and send msg by passing by SpamExterts services but I faced that sending messages using their smtp credential takes so long to send email, about almost 2 minutes to complete action, and more around 20 seconds to reach inbox destination, but it completes it successful. PS: I use my local SMTP mail.mydomain.com WHMCS send messages instantly. It looks that Spam Experts when activated will works like intermediary between my server and destination receiver, but 2 minutes to complete actions sounds not reasonable. Does it the normal time? it was email send to one single client take 2 minutes, imagine if I send to 200 clients or more. 😴
  23. Hello there Today I realized that I customer can not go from cpanel to direct to WHMCS customer portal. If they click, there is a URL not found. I suspect that the cause is related when I change domain where my WHMCS where instaled from portal.mydomain.com from now just mydomain.com I believe it will be somewhere to update some URL from portal.domain.com to mydomain.com, but where? 😷 When I click it will show that cpanel will try to open portal.mydomain.com wich do not exist anymore Should I see at WHMCS API integration or some database that needs to update my actual domain or need to contact my hosting provider? thanks
