  2. What is suspend client account? The suspend client account module for WHMCS was created to ensure that admin can have better control over the client account for violation the policies or terms of service. In the new suspend client account module, WHMCS will have a new option beside the close account and delete account options. With this module, admin will be able to suspend and set client account for auto termination. Once the suspension has been approved, the client will receive a warning notification and will then finally automatically be suspended. The timeline for when these notifications gets sent out, as well as when the actual suspension takes place, can be set up under the client profile section. After the client has been suspended, you will have the option to pause their suspension (unsuspend the client). This will allow time for the client to make changes and send the proof of fixing the violation. When the time limit has been reached and the client has not made any changes to fix the violation, the client account will be deleted or closed depends on the setting you setup. Please note that when the client account is suspended, that the billing will not be stopped. In other words, even though the account is suspended, the client will receive their monthly invoice. Why do you need suspend client account module? If you fell that your clients do not follow the website policies, terms of service or there is suspicious activity in client account like logged in from another country or using a VPN. You need to act and suspense the client account and send the client a warning notification. You know that WHMCS have only 2 options in client profile and they are close account and delete account and they are not a good solution for this kind of situation. How it works? After activating the suspend client account you can configure the module to suit your needs by going to configuration and select the type of suspension also you can set account termination type and enter the number of days for closing or deleting the client account if suspended. You also can select the support department you want the client to contact support. From the reason messages section, you can create unlimited suspension messages or edit the existing one to use them within the module. By going to the client profile section and looking at the other actions menu, you will see suspend client account added to the menu by clicking on the link you will have the option to select a reason for suspending the account or enter a custom reason message also you can send email notification to the client about suspending the account. Hello guys, I have an issue during add a user using Office 365 Module, like you see in screenshot when i try to add i have the message (screenshot), even if i keep only a name (ex: redouane) in input box, And also i can add user from microsoft partner and i can see it in clientarea, but as i said i cannot add the user from my whmcs clientarea. Can someone pls tell me what is the problem .
  7. Hi, Im sure there is documentation of this somewhere but alas after all the google searching I could not find it. I know of multiple different sites that use WHMCS as their billing panel and offer an Affiliate program, their links are somewhere along the lines of "https://example.com/%username%" instead of "https://example.com/*?aff=*ID*". I would like to do this for my affiliate system, but I'm not sure how I could do it. Any chance somebody could help me out?

  14. Hello all I'm surprised that this doesn't appear to be have been quoted / commented on more than it has, as I'd suspect it affects far more than just the handful to raise their hands so far. When a client is logged into their WHMCS-based account, they have the ability to SSO to their cPanel-based account, a great hand-off from one platform to another. Unfortunately what doesn't happen is the domain name remaining the same - so client starts their journey at https://myhostingbrand.com/client and then is passed into cPanel at https://servername.myresellerbrand.com:2083 This breaks the whitelabelling nature of being a reseller and exposes domain names that can lead to confusion with the end client. @WHMCS Peter has documented that this is possible, and a Feature request has been created. If you also experience this (or even if you don't!) it would be great to get the "I like this idea" count up and try to bring this development forward, so that everyone who uses WHMCS with cPanel can enhance the reselling experience for their clients. Click Enable to start the notification message, click disable to stop the notification message, and delete to delete the notification. This time I have a small problem from days ago as indicated by the title of the topic, my WHMCS system is not sending emails to the corresponding clients (payment notice, email verification, password change, new clients and many more). I have searched the community if there is a related topic and I will not get it who can give me a hand? Note: I have already reviewed the email platform in the cPanel and everything is fine, the main email sent and receives emails, password and configuration of the same, I think the problem occurred with the last update of the system
  23. Hello everyone, I want to configure Domain Registrars on my WHMCS. I have seen whmcs detailed documentation where they explain Domain Registrars. but I didn't understand where to start. They said ''the configuration function is a required function of all registrar modules" but I didn't find this function. Do we have to create/upload the configure file for this or something?   24. Hello there Utilities>Logs>Activity logs or Admin Logs An user can delete those entries to hide what he done??. Examples: sometimes we ask support on official WHMCS website (www.whmcs.com) or even other custom modules development for some-kind trobleshooting or even an developer for something that need to have access to our WHMCS. 1 - Grant access to a staff from WHMCS sound resealable acceptable and most trusted (considering I am doing it from www.whmcs.com; 2- But when it is from other company modules developers less reputable than WHMCS sometimes I am not so comfortable in giving access full administrator especially if you never know exactly what time they will login (due different time zones). PS: there is those options to send confidential information on special fields provided, but.... An admin user, can just manipulate WHMCS logs and do bad things and erase history, or just snoop around your stuff and erase at the end? So what is you best practices when you need to provide confidencial information for your custom module development or a developer?
