Hey all I have a few clients who don't host either websites or email with me, just using my domain registration services and have me manage their DNS for them. Historically though, they have had one, or both, of their site/email with me, so I need to do some housekeeping! I found this post giving one example of how to manage these clients within WHMCS effectively, which would deal with onboarding a new 'DNS only' client and tidy up those existing clients. The post though is nearly 6 years old; has anyone else got any other ways to handle this scenario - which is creating a WHMCS account for a client who doesn't need web or email hosting, but their DNS records need to be managed. Hi, So, today, I tried to enter a new order for a client whereby they ordered a hosting plan and it all appeared to go through however when I looked at the order to Accept it there is nothing in the order details. except the total. The email log shows that the email was sent with the correct information in it but I am unable to run the create command for cPanel to create the account. Has anyone ever had this and fixed an issue like this?

We have been experiencing issues when it comes to the licensing addon. This has happened when we activated v6 on our server. The licensing service only detects one version of IP: Throw's in an invalid IP error cz of the version change. This forces us to input both ips manually as the server only detects one. Is there a way we could get both versions of the IPs to be detected and authenticated on the "Valid ip" Field.

The invoice already has been created, What must I do to change the invoice? and hereinafter set the renewal is only for the domain, in their services.
