  5. I have two accounts that don't have a credit card on file. (They were lost during a migration somehow). And I don't know what's causing those accounts to be delivered an email EVERY day that says "We tried to bill your card but you don't have one on file." What is the setting that's causing this? The only things I suspect are 2 settings in automation. 1. "Retry every week for..." was set to 0 (but I thought that meant disable not every day. 2. The "Send invoice payment reminder" for 2nd and 3rd were both set to 0 also. But those specifically say 0 to disable. I don't feel like either of those should behave that way though.
  6. I'm changing email accounts for our billing department created in WHMCS. Using an 0365 exchange account. Have entered username, pw, port, smtp server all correct. I can get tickets created, but replying to them in WHMCS - nothing comes out. Our support email is just fine. Same port/smtp server settings. What do I need to look for?
  7. When a client changes their details the "user details change" email is sent. This email does not appear to use the headers and footers in the General Settings -> Mail tab. Can anyone please tell me how I can customize the headers for that email. Thanks
  8. I've recently noticed that automated SMTP emails from WHMCS have been failing for the last few days due to an SSL problem. I've managed to get this fixed now and emails are sending fine again, However, there's quite a large number of emails that have failed and I can't see any way to either resend them or even to know which emails exactly failed. The email log only shows emails that have sent successfully. The only record I can see of the failed emails in is the System Activity Log, but this only shows lines like: Email Sending Failed - SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting (Subject: Customer Invoice) How can I tell what emails exactly have been missed out. Is there an easy way to resend them?
  9. We recently integrated MailChimp. We exported an imported our clients to the audience list which went fine. Issues: 1. Can I export a list of users who have previously opted out - but only through WHMCS? Cause right now, even people who have previoilsly opted out via WHMCS, show as "subscribed" in mailchimp. 2. Also - POST integration with MC I am not seeing NEW users opt in / opt out changes reflected in MailChimp. Is there a delay in that communication? New users added to WHMCS show this on MC: This person is only eligible for transactional emails.

  11. Certain companies have different departments. In this case, there is a gentleman who bought our product in his name for the company, so his account is set up on WHMCS, he now receives all emails and invoices. How does one set that the invoices get sent to a separate email? Like the accounts department. I see there is a tab where you can add a sub contact in the contact itself but i do not know how to use it. Would that be the solution?

  13. Hi. I'm trying to get my client's email archiving up and going... but the "single sign-on" function isn't working. I also can't log in to my Marketplace account to start a support ticket either... not sure why if I'm logged into WHMCS. So I need some help! How do I provision the Spam Experts module? Does my client need to be registered on the Spam Experts website (or do I need an account there too)?
  14. Hi, i wanted to know that how can i restrict users with unverified email addresses from accessing client area until they verify their email addresses.
  15. I can't seem to find any instruction about when the various emails are sent to the customer. This would be helpful for all emails but specifically I'm wondering what the difference is between "Credit Card Payment Due" and "Credit Card Payment Pending." Does it really charge the card, send the Pending email, and then also send the Payment Confirmation email immediately after when the payment finishes? It seems like annoying overkill if they get the Pending email for every transaction, but if it only gets sent under an unusual condition then I'd like to know what that is. Thanks!
  16. Does this module work? I've had mixed results. When I tested, I still had to go into the ENOM backend and accept and provision the emails and also sign into google admin. There's like no up-to-date documentation on it. Looking for others thoughts or experiences.
  17. Our WHMCS pre-sales contact form isnt bringing any of the fields over except the message. All the fields are marked as "required" so you have to enter the info, but we cant tell who is actually sending the info! Emails come "from" our email to the email we set to receive. Not good.
  18. Since 7.7 I'm getting email alerts several times a day for transfer and expiration day syncs. Can disable these emails? I like having it going but I don't need messages each time it runs.

Hello, I would like to change the $ticket_url or $ticket_link outputs in support email template from whmcsurl/viewticket.php?tid=2222&c=Pkjr2jgW to the following format whmcsurl/viewticket/2222-Pkjr2jgW I tried replace {&ticket_link} to {$ticket_link|replace:'.php?tid=':'/'|replace:'&c=':'-'} But that is not works Can any one help me for make that via hook? Hello everyone thanks for reading my topics. i am having a big problem now with my whmcs. i have connect my gmail in my whmcs with SMTP. and its working fine. i want all other emails from my whmcs to my customers go from no-reply@mydomain.com so the clients can't reply that email only in my product details email i want it go from my gmail email address. so clients can reply that email and its comes to our gmail address but now i can see all emails like password reset order email invoice email all going to my clients from my gmail. if its happenning than i am scare that gmail could be block our email address how can i use SMTP for gmail only for that product details email. and other email need to go from domain email please someone help me do i need to make some hook? or is there any settings? this is my smtp settings http://prntscr.com/jhf2xc this is another setup http://prntscr.com/jhf391 this is my product details email template http://prntscr.com/jhf3uo and this is system emails template http://prntscr.com/jhf46n please someone help me it just one email i want to send out from gmail other all email from domain emails hope someone can help me Thanks in advance Mahim
  22. I've been having an odd issue with multiple email templates. It seems like using an {else} results in the following errors in the activity log: Smarty Error: Syntax error in template "mailMessage:mailMessage:plaintext" on line 33 "{$signature}" unclosed {if} tag I'm getting this with at least two different email templates. Here's one such template in plaintext for "Invoice Created" the one that the above error is specifically referring to: <p>Hey {$client_name},</p> {if $ticket_department eq "Sales"}Since you normally pay with PayPal, you should already have a subscription which will automatically renew on {$invoice_date_due}. If your subscription was previously canceled, then you should use the link below to complete payment manually.{else}According to our records, you normally complete payment with {$invoice_payment_method}, however {$invoice_payment_method} does not support automatic renewal! This means you will need to click the link below to complete payment manually for every invoice we create for you.   24. Hello, we are sending our clients some custom emails template for product renewal notice. We would like our clients email to be received with the renewal information in a PDF instead of inside the email body. Same delivery method than a WHMCS invoice. Also, like invoices, we would like the PDF to be available to client trough their client area in a document download section ( I know I'm asking a lot) Which avenue our company need to take in order to accomplish that : custom devlopement, specific module or really easy customisation ? thanks again to help me just a few weeks before the holidays!
  25. Hello! I would like to know if it is possible to use Conditional Displays with Signature. Currently my signature is Marcell Csendes on the My Account page. and I used this code in the Support Ticket E-mail template: {if $signature eq "Marcell Csendes"} Marcell Csendes {else} BroHosting {/if} ● Customer Success Shouldn't it work? I have no errors, I can only see BroHosting when getting a reply from a ticket. So have no idea what's wrong.
