I tried using All order forms that come with whmcs v.8.1. Potential clients cannot select "Use my own domain" to order hosting because the order form does not permit the selection. Please tell me what works? I tried all themes including classic, default, Six and Twenty-one etc. With no luck. The default setting shows the whmcs banner as well. Help please as no one can order as it sits!

hi i have this issue with whmcs, when i search for a domain with my local extension .tn, it shows domain is unavailable, but when i try to transfer a domain .tn domain it works fine, and i can do Domain WHOIS Lookup inside whmcs it works fine, just the domain registartion from client area doesn't work i'm using version 8.5 and i added the code in dist.whois.json for my local whois server, but still with the same error

can anyone help and provide a solution for me?.. i use whmcs to automate payment for domains, hosting, etc. but after I click the hosting package I choose and then choose the desired domain. when I want to check the domain that I choose. it looks like in the picture. buffering did i do the wrong configuration?? but where is the error i need to fix ?

Hello. As far as I know the pricing in the domains are not updated automatically via cron, you have to update it each time automatically. Does WHMCS have any option to do so via cron or any special way? Thanks,

Cron emails for domain sync even though not using this ?

How do I turn off these emails or stop this actual cron from running I get email every 4-6 hours. But I’m not using the domain sync Domain Synchronisation Cron Report for 03-06-2021 16:35:02Active Domain Syncs is there a way to turn this off or somehow to stop receiving these emails. I’m just using whmcs for now for support and service products. I have bought a domain on behalf of a customer, through my hosting provider. I would like to attribute this domain to my customer's WHMCS account for invoicing and renewal purposes but I'm not entirely sure how. The WHMCS system is also hosted on the same hosting provider. Not sure that's relevant, probably not. I have done a search to see if there are other posts but I've drawn a blank and I can't find it in the manual, or maybe I'm misunderstanding how to explain it. Any help would be much appreciated.

Colleagues, in general, the question is this: buying domains does not work (neither automatic nor manual) (WHMCS version - 7.10.1) In the logs he writes the following: 23/09/2020 22:17 Domain Registration Failed - Domain ID: 8 - Domain: primer-dom.com - Error: Operation can not completed successfully!<br />Reseller not found! Although the reseller is clearly indicated in the settings! If you change the reseller (domain registrar) to any other, the effect is the same ... Any thoughts on this? What could be the problem?

I tried to run the command to create the package for the domain: clientes-ninjanutz.com but I am getting this error: Module Command Error The domain “clientes-ninjanutz.com” already exists in the Apache configuration. Here is what happened and how i got to that error: First I was getting the Module Command Error: Login Failed. I got it several times so reading online I found that I could change the hash key in the whm account and paste the new one in the whmcs server configuration menu. So that's what I did. I pasted the new hash key and double checked my login credentials (they were right). After I did that I got the apache error. However my domain is not in my WHM account and it's nowhere to be found. So how can I fix this?? Thanks! -
