  1. Hello all, I need to create a feature on my WHMCS website. It's a Additional Required Information (WHMCS domain name) on my configure product page, when someone enter the domain name on that field I have to verify , that domain name have valid WHMCS license, otherwise they can't be able to add my product on cart. So how I can verify WHMCS license on my website. I know there is a verification method on WHMCS website https://www.whmcs.com/members/verifydomain.php , but how I have this on my website. Anyone do this type of job, please let me know. Thanks

  3. Hello, Since updating to v7.6.1 I have an error for idn domain registration. I have .გე domain registration and have it defined as .xn--node in domain pricing. whois.json looks like this: { "extensions": ".xn--node", "uri": "socket://whois.itdc.ge", "available": "NO OBJECT FOUND!" } In admin- area's whois look up it works fine: Whois look up log sees the domain like this: xn--podi0acc.xn--node When I search the same domain from user side, I get this: Whois look up log sees the domain like this: xn--podi0acc.გე The value of .გე domain in select box is .xn--node <option value=".xn--node">.გე</option> I see that request is sent to index.php?rp=/domain/check and these are the parameters sent And the response is empty: I'm using Six template with standard_cart ordering form. Any help would be much appreciated!
  4. Hello All, I have a situation, where if a client by any means has credits and uses this credit to pay for an order. It can be many years later, if the client terminates this order and the order is cancel. WHMCS will automatically refund the client the payment on the very first invoice. As I have a number of clients that funds their account and this fund appears as credits and is used to pay for new orders and or outstanding invoices. My issue is when this order is cancel the first invoice is refunded. NOTE: cancel order not cancel & refund. Now whmcs advised only to terminate the order and leave it in the system, the issue is some client wants their data deleted and hence the order must be deleted and hence the issue. Now if the order was paid by credit card and is terminated and deleted - this issue does not happen. It only happens if a) one fund their account b) order a new service and pay for it using the credit - as you can see clients that is aware of this issue can abuse it. As in many cases I have to delete the order, if you know of a way that can prevent a deleted order from automatically and there are 2 cancel buttons, I would expect cancel to not issue any refunds, while cancel and refund button will issue refunds.   5. Hello All, As whmcs removed the toolbar from v8, and thanks to Brian's hook I am able to adjust it and add back overdue invoices to just the admin home page. In the image attached, you will see it above the panel badges (by default the 4 whmcs provided badges). I am able to adjust the css to add a 5th panel badge as the image will show. Question does any knows how I can hook into the panel badges, as whmcs support does not have an answer. All I want to do is a) from the image remove Brian's modified hook, and hook into the panel badge as display total overdue invoices. Thanks in advance. Brian

  10. Hello everyone, Hope you all doing good. as WHMCS update with version 7.7 and its included crypto currency payments. So i am trying to configure it in my whmcs grapyhost. but i am facing some issue or maybe a bug. check below screenshot. I have added Bitcoin currency and trying to fill up product with respective crypto prices. but its not accepting value. as one product monthly annual price is $16.83 so it will be 0.0047 BTC . but its not accepting btc value.   15. What is suspend client account? The suspend client account module for WHMCS was created to ensure that admin can have better control over the client account for violation the policies or terms of service. In the new suspend client account module, WHMCS will have a new option beside the close account and delete account options. With this module, admin will be able to suspend and set client account for auto termination. Once the suspension has been approved, the client will receive a warning notification and will then finally automatically be suspended. The timeline for when these notifications gets sent out, as well as when the actual suspension takes place, can be set up under the client profile section. After the client has been suspended, you will have the option to pause their suspension (unsuspend the client). This will allow time for the client to make changes and send the proof of fixing the violation. When the time limit has been reached and the client has not made any changes to fix the violation, the client account will be deleted or closed depends on the setting you setup. Please note that when the client account is suspended, that the billing will not be stopped. In other words, even though the account is suspended, the client will receive their monthly invoice. Why do you need suspend client account module? If you fell that your clients do not follow the website policies, terms of service or there is suspicious activity in client account like logged in from another country or using a VPN. You need to act and suspense the client account and send the client a warning notification. You know that WHMCS have only 2 options in client profile and they are close account and delete account and they are not a good solution for this kind of situation. How it works? After activating the suspend client account you can configure the module to suit your needs by going to configuration and select the type of suspension also you can set account termination type and enter the number of days for closing or deleting the client account if suspended. You also can select the support department you want the client to contact support. From the reason messages section, you can create unlimited suspension messages or edit the existing one to use them within the module. Hello guys, I have an issue during add a user using Office 365 Module, like you see in screenshot when i try to add i have the message (screenshot), even if i keep only a name (ex: redouane) in input box, And also i can add user from microsoft partner and i can see it in clientarea, but as i said i cannot add the user from my whmcs clientarea.   18. Hi, Im sure there is documentation of this somewhere but alas after all the google searching I could not find it. I know of multiple different sites that use WHMCS as their billing panel and offer an Affiliate program, their links are somewhere along the lines of "https://example.com/%username%" instead of "https://example.com/*?aff=*ID*". I would like to do this for my affiliate system, but I'm not sure how I could do it. Any chance somebody could help me out?

  25. Hello all I'm surprised that this doesn't appear to be have been quoted / commented on more than it has, as I'd suspect it affects far more than just the handful to raise their hands so far. When a client is logged into their WHMCS-based account, they have the ability to SSO to their cPanel-based account, a great hand-off from one platform to another. Unfortunately what doesn't happen is the domain name remaining the same - so client starts their journey at https://myhostingbrand.com/client and then is passed into cPanel at https://servername.myresellerbrand.com:2083 This breaks the whitelabelling nature of being a reseller and exposes domain names that can lead to confusion with the end client. @WHMCS Peter has documented that this is possible, and a Feature request has been created. If you also experience this (or even if you don't!) it would be great to get the "I like this idea" count up and try to bring this development forward, so that everyone who uses WHMCS with cPanel can enhance the reselling experience for their clients.
