  1. Hello again, There is another error i just encountered. Well, I loggin in clientarea as client and check my domain - it is an active domain. When I click the Domain Contact Info link from the sidebar (clientarea.php?action=domaincontacts&domainid=7), I get the Oops, something went wrong page. The error I see is: "TypeError: Argument 1 passed to normaliseInternationalPhoneNumberFormat() must be of the type array, bool given, called in /home/hshost/public_html/clientarea.php on line 0 and defined in /home/hshost/public_html/includes/clientfunctions.php:0Stack trace:#0 /home/hshost/public_html/clientarea.php(0): normaliseInternationalPhoneNumberFormat(true)#1 {main}" If I get it correctly, it has something to do with the International phone codes. When I created this client, the phone codes feature was enabled. Yestarday I disabled it and now I get this error. I tried enabling again the feature and changing the phone from tha database, but nothing. When The feature was enabled (before I disable it), I hadn't visited the Domain Contact Info, so i don't know if it was working at that time. Any ideas why this is happening or how it can be fixed; Thank you.
  2. When I tried to do a test checkout I realized that I cant continue. I get an error about invalid tax percentage, but I don't even have tax setup. I am using WHMCS 7.4.2 I get the error no matter what payment gateway, and I have tried a fresh install of the checkout.tpl file and a bunch of other files that is included on multiple pages such as common and the sidebars.   4. Hello System returns incorrect information about a domain while checking availability for transfer. When I check domains for transfer it says that every domain is 'Available', except the ones that aren't registered at all and says 'Not Available', the response is true in this case. Domain that is transferring to me from another registrar should be 'Available' as well (and it works fine too), but domain that's transferred to me shouldn't be available for transfer on my site again, cuz how can one transfer from myself to myself, right? Not quite sure how CheckAvailability works for transfer, when it's for register, it uses WHOIS and gets response from it, but when it comes to Transfer, I'm not sure how system works, my theory is that it checks 'tbldomains' table in database to see if domain has 'Active' status in database and avoid double transfer, but it needs to use WHOIS as well to check if domain is registered at all and is available for transfer. Again, not sure if my theory is correct, it's just my guess. WHOIS works fine when it comes to registration and it was working fine for Transfer as well until now, I've not made any changes but somehow CheckAvailability for Transfer stopped working properly. Couldn't find any detailed documentation, any help would be much appreciated!

Hi, After upgrading to WHMS 7.5, PHP7.2 and latest ioncube loaders we are now getting the following error from our custom client php pages and templates when using the following lines of code - Menu::addContext(); Menu::primarySidebar('any_menu_item here_still errors'); Menu::secondarySidebar('any_menu_item here_still errors'); Results in error - Too few arguments to function WHMCS\View\Client\Menu\MenuRepository::addContext(), 0 passed in /path_to_dir//vendor/illuminate/support/Facades/Facade.php on line 215 and exactly 2 expected in /path_to_dir/vendor/whmcs/whmcs-foundation/lib/View/Client/Menu/MenuRepository.php:0 Removing the above 3 lines of code and the php and template file in the client section displays correctly with no issues. No matter what menu item you have in the primary or secondary it still errors and seems like it is not passing the primary and secondary sidebar arguments in the file to display correctly? Appreciate any assistance and help on the issue. Thanks

  9. I build this server 6 months ago along with the quarterly billing through WHMCS. The first quarter we did the invoicing manually as we set everything up and then during the second quarter billing (4-1-17), everything billed perfectly to the clients CC using WHMCS and Authorize.net. Unfortunately, I just checked our server and WHMCS to see if any CC payments did not go through and ZERO invoices were generated on 7-1-17. When I check all the client settings, they all show that invoicing should have occurred, but there are no generated invoices in the system at all. When I talked to my host, they checked the logs and the WHNCS cron job and it is not able to run any longer. Why? Nothing has changed since I built this setup just 6 months ago and already it's broken. I am running WHMCS: 6.3.1 and have discussed updating the system to the latest version. Why though, even without an upgrade, would the cronjob not be working. properly any longer? How can I fix this?

Even so, the error continues to occur.

    Strange hooks behaviour

I know that PreRegistrarGetDNS, AfterRegistrarGetDNS, PreRegistrarSaveNameservers, AfterRegistrarSaveNameservers, AfterRegistrarGetContactDetails and PreRegistrarGetContactDetails are only called in few actions, for example when the domain register is getting the nameservers, contact details or saving dns records so I go to any admin domain page to force these hooks but sadly they are never called. I also have few breakpoint in the code but the debuger only stops at ClientAreaPage and AdminAreaPage hooks. Is anyone having this issue? My WHMCS version is 7.1.1
  12. Hello WHMCS community! I have problem with internal server error (error 500) when I'm trying to lookup domain. Every try there is 3 requests to cart.php and very often minimum one POST request giving error 500 (totaly randomly - sometime for type:domain, sometime for type:spotlight and type:suggestions). And after script falls loading spinner is never end.   13. I'm getting the following (email response) error when I try to run the automated cron: My web host confirmed that my ionCube Loader was properly installed. PHP 5.6.29 (cli) (built: Jan 11 2017 17:04:20) Copyright (c) 1997-2016 The PHP Group Zend Engine v2.6.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2016 Zend Technologies with the ionCube PHP Loader (enabled) + Intrusion Protection from ioncube24.com (unconfigured) v5.1.1, Copyright (c) 2002-2016, by ionCube Ltd. They thought there might be an error with the /crons/cron.php file, though it is "ioncube encoded" so they were unable to view the code. This is the command I'm running in my cron: */5 * * * * php -q /home/[account]/[folder]/crons/cron.php When i run this in the command line it works just fine: php -q /home/[account]/[folder]/crons/cron.php I am running a VPS on LiquidWeb server and my WHMCS is version 7.1.1. I read threads where people added "/opt/php56/bin/php" to the cron job, but I don't have /php56/ in my /opt/ folder. Thank you in advance for your help.
  14. Hello everyone, we have a very strange issue, ill do my best to describe it. The thing is, our cron.php is not working, everything it should do is not happening. We already have searched for logs, but we´re not able to find them. The only thing we have found out is, that there is the following mysql error: "mysql error to many connections" It would be very nice if someone could tell us where to begin with searching for the issue.   15. Twice now in one week every file in WHMCS has shown as corrupted. We can fix it by adding all new files. At this point I am just trying to find out what is causing it. I have heard if one file is changed then they all give this error. We haven't changed the files. This is all started right after a server change, the other php scripts on the same domain do not give any errors. Any advice to help find what is causing this? I am running Version: 5.3.13

  17. I manage 2 installs with iWHMCS and the one install works perfectly and the other one started having issues with not showing the open orders anymore. 'Error: Invalid Server response' Both those whmcs install are running on the same physical server with same settings, so there shouldn't be a difference. I thought i t might be a rights issue but it's not as the logged in user is a full admin. So I thought to make it force an update of the user by changing the password for that user and all hell broke loose. Whatever I try, I can go to to the screen to edit the user for that install and on 'Done' the app crashes, always and no change is saved. I tried to delete the whole profile and the app crashes, not even saving the delete! Whenever the app now starts it 'tries' to connect to that bad profile and says Error: 'Authentication failed' while i'm 200% sure that the right details for that user Have been type in. I just changed back to the old password and at least I can see some of the app again now hut I still can't go into orders. Anyone any idea as this is doing my head in. Thanks and regards
  18. I upgraded my WHMCS to the latest version last week, and just today and yesterday, after I pass the login page for the admin section of WHMCS, it loads index.php but shows only a blank page. This happened on the two times a new customer signed up, but I think it's due to inproper SSL settings, I tried changing the URLS inside the admin panel to SSL's https and it's loading that by default now but showing just a blank page. The guys at tech support recommended I copy new files into the directory to "restart" WHMCS, but I don't want to lose all my settings. Also, I now get a PHP error:
  19. Hello, About 6 months ago we reported the automation features of WHMCS nightly Cron job is processing Hooks more than once. This was reported and confirmed as a Bug by the staff however the issue still continues and all our Hooks get processed two times per Cron run for many months. We were told this would be fixed shortly, but this issue still continues today. We did a search in the Bug area but could no longer find our old Bug post? Regards, Rdavis

    I am receiving an email with invalid request error. The email shows this: Cron php -q /home/server/public_html/clientes/admin/cron.php And then the error message: [1011150] Invalid request IP: xxx.xx.xxx.xx Any idea what it could be?

    Affiliates currency symbol error

    Hello, I use multiple currencies and an affiliates scheme in WHMCS. When WHMCS lists affiliates signups, it seems to convert signups to a default currency(all good) but keeps the original currencies sign. E.G. (Affiliates default currency is £GBP; assuming £20 == $30) Product#A £20 Commission £2. Product#A $30 Commission $2. This appears both in the Referred Signup tab in the Affiliates section of the Admin Panel and the Clients affiliate display. Has anyone else come across this problem? If so do you know of a fix? Thanks
