Error With Mailchimp Abandon Cart

Hello WHMCS community,
We recently integrated Mailchimp with our  WHMCS, 
We automated the abandon cart email but the abandon cart shows only single type of product when it is abandoned.
For Eg if we left the cart with dedicated servers , shared hosting etc, we won't receive the abandon cart email.
it is only enabled for a particular product for Eg: VPS.

Any solutions on this?

Not sure why there is lack of documentation available on this, and MailChimp seems to be the only alternative that is integrated without an external addon.
