Hi @Moster,

Can you please share the module log data for further review?

In order to see the commands being sent/received between WHMCS and the module, the Utilities > Logs > Module debug Log tool can be used
Please enable it, reproduce the problem, disable it again and then copy the data into this ticket reply for us to review.

More detailed instructions are published at http://docs.whmcs.com/Troubleshooting_Module_Problems

Please take care to remove any sensitive data before sharing it publicly here.

There are no logs for connecting to the server (empty) (Module Debug Enabled btw)

Sorry, I can provision accounts without issues (all logs are correct ie. IP,usename,plan,etc._)

The issue is for "connecting" itself and syncing (loops forever without error response)

Login to the Panel button: Works with proper redirection.

Plesk Version: 18.0.18 (Side note: they make login available without specifying the port# on 18.0.15+)

This is my first try and I revert back to 7.7, I don't know if there are any other bugs on other features.

Sync Now leads to 404 sorry we cannot find the page.

My whmcs URL is custom path

https://<domain.<tld>/customadminfolder/utilities/tools/serversync/3

It appears to me that the SyncNow URL adds the word "admin" to the existing custom folder without respecting the path change in configrations.php.

Hi @Moster,

I've been able to reproduce the Page Not Found error on the Sync Accounts button with a custom admin directory.

As such I've opened case CORE-13692 with our development team for resolution in a future update.

In the meantime, switching back to the stock "admin" folder name does allow this functionality to work.

Hi John,

Yes, I changed the custom admin folder to the default one and the results are:

1- SyncNow leads to the correct page with domains info on the server
2- Click Continue Syncs correctly.

3-Click back before Continue Sync leads to:

4- Click Go Back above leads to:

5- Small icon sync beside server name not responding at all.

6- Server setting:

Thank you.
