  1. Hello! I'm using Lang::trans within a php hook for EMailPreSend. I set 'credited' in each language override file: $_LANG['locale'] = "en_GB"; $_LANG['credited'] = "has been credited"; and $_LANG['locale'] = "ro_RO"; $_LANG['credited'] = ": tranzacția a fost creditată"; Then, in the hook: $merge_fields = []; $paymentMethodTitle = "Bank Transfer"; $newSubject = $paymentMethodTitle.' '.Lang::trans('credited'); $merge_fields['custom_subject'] = $newSubject; $vars = array_merge( $vars, $merge_fields ); return $vars; In the Email Template, the subject is {$custom_subject}, which shows $newSubject variable just fine. But I guess Lang::trans doesn't use the client's language. The email template (body) uses the client's language without issue, but ... how in the world do I get Lang::trans in EMailPreSend to use the client's language? I just want the client's language to be used when sending the client an email (call me silly!). Thanks for any clues!

Hello Folks, I was looking at the email marketer and I'm uncertain that it will fit our needs for this specific scenario: We basically need to send all our clients with a specific services an email on March 1st for renewal - No matter what are their renewal date or due date. Is there a work around or an other function in the system to schedule predefined emai ltemplate to be sent out on a specific date for 1 type of service? thanks
  3. Using {$service_config_options_html} Currently shows the following in the email: Number of files: 20 x Files $0.00 USD Is there any way I can show only this in the email: Number of files: 20 using {$service_config_options_html} or something else in the email template?

  5. Hello, I'm trying to find documentation to see if this is possible to use Arithmetic calculation in WHMCS email template. Example within an email template : SomeVar * 12/100. thank you in advance to show syntaxe if possible.
  6. I am trying to improve the content in my domain reminder emails, and I note the existence of this template tag: {$domain_do_not_renew} -- it would be great to include this in the reminder emails (seems odd that it is not already included!) How can I test the actual output of this tag in certain circumstances? For example, could I use it like this: {if $domain_do_not_renew}Domain Auto-renew DISABLED{else}Domain Auto-renew ENABLED{/if} Or, does this tag not output a boolean? Also, the domain renewal email template contains some variations, depending on whether there is multiple or single domains due for renewal (I can't find any reference to the $expiring_domains tag any where!). How would I implement the above into the looped instances below? Would $domain_do_not_renew still be available in the loops? Would it be {$domain.domain_do_not_renew}? {if $expiring_domains} {foreach from=$expiring_domains item=domain}{$domain.name} - {$domain.nextduedate} ({$domain.days} Days) {/foreach} {elseif $domains}{foreach from=$domains item=domain}{$domain.name} - {$domain.nextduedate} {/foreach} {else}{$domain_name} - {$domain_next_due_date} ({$domain_days_until_nextdue} Days){/if} Any assistance greatly appreciated. - - - Updated - - - Just found this thread: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?105031-Domain-Auto-renew-status Looks like maybe it would be $domain.autorenew Can anyone confirm whether this will work?
  7. I am using latest version of WHMCS. I apply late fee on 10th day from invoice due date, and an automatic service suspension on 11th day. But the problem is, when clients get service suspension email due to "overdue on payment", they see only the recurring amount of the service using this email template tag {$service_recurring_amount}. How can I show them the actual due amount (service recurring amount + late fee - credit [if any]) from the associated invoice? Because it is very confusing, as clients see recurring amount and make that payment, but still sees there are due on the invoice. So any guideline here will be very helpful. Thanks.
  8. Hi, Is there a billing cycle IF for email templates? we want to send an email for people to upgrade to yearly plans, ideally not being sent to yearly customers, but if that can't be done at least not showing the same text to them than those that have monthly cycle. Is that possible? how? Regards,
