helo

i face strange issue.. i am using latest whmcs 7.2.3

and the problem is when domain sync is running every 4 hours.. i check one of the domain status is "in sync" , but their domain expired date is not update.

i have enable "debug logging" to confirm whether the API is working or not..and indeed it is working well..

since now, i dont have any idea why expired date column not update with the correct one which taken from API..

i have enable "Domain Sync Enabled" and "Sync Next Due Date" and disable "Domain Sync Notify Only"

any idea?

nobody can help me even their support..

any idea please?

It appears that you are using a third-party module "Liquid" based on the screenshots provide, rather than one of our out of the box integration please reach out to the developer of your Registrar Module and see if they support domain sync.

Lastly, please ensure you have the right domain registrar selected on the domain.

Hi,

You should also check that you have enabled updating of the domains in Setup -> General Settings -> Domains. If you haven't enabled updating, then WHMCS will not change any information when the sync runs.

domain sync enable already..

i suspect that the problem from registrar module (liqu).

anyone has same problem with me?
