How to stop Spam on WHMCS?

Hi,

Do you see an IP address at the bottom of the messages? If so, they were opened via your ticket submissions page, consider enabling capatcha under Setup > General Settings > Security tab.

 

If there's no IP they were piped in via email, so you'd need to increase the effectiveness of the spam filtering on your mail server.
