To-Do List No Records Found

i just upgraded whmcs to latest version and i found one issue on To-Do List its showing No Records Found only  https://prnt.sc/ozyxd5 https://prnt.sc/ozyxgb do not know its my whmcs issue or its a bug

when you say the latest version, do you mean v7.8 or v7.8.1 ?

the v7.8.1 maintenance version was released yesterday and includes the following in the changelog..

CORE-13670 - Correct sorting for To Do List table
CORE-13680 - Ensure due date value is maintained when editing To-Do List item

if still on v7.8, you could try updating to v7.8.1 and see if that fixes the issue... if you're already on v7.8.1, then perhaps it's a bug.

ideally, you should have posted this in the v7.8 forums as that will have more chance of being seen by the relevant staff.... no point double posting it again there , so maybe one of the staff will see this thread, or you could open a ticket with Support.

if it helps, i've reported the thread... so hopefully if/when a mod sees it, they'll move it to v7.8

I've been able to reproduce some unexpected filtering on the To-Do List, so I've opened case CORE-13693 with our development team for resolution in a future update.
