The admin section for each account's plans has a css error

No matter what WHMCS theme I have ever since I upgraded to 7.2 the drop down box in the account section for each customer is messed up. Any ideas if it's a CSS error or maybe a file didn't update correctly?

as I said in the other thread, https://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?130038-admin-theme-has-issue-with-drop-down-menu, it's going to be a css issue - have you tried inspecting the element and seeing which part of css is defining the dropdown width size?
