Apache: client denied by server configuration hitting for each url request

Dear All,

 

I am getting some wired client denied by server configuration error hitting in error log on each request in client area.

 

For ex : error log in : /cart.php?a=add&domain=transfer and with some other request too .

 

Is there anything I can get track to fix up this issue,

Could you please provide the full lines from the error logs?

 

Are your permissions correctly set as per the below:

 

Required file & folders permissions

 

 

/configuration.php CHMOD 400 Readable

/attachments CHMOD 777 Writeable

/downloads CHMOD 777 Writeable

/templates_c CHMOD 777 Writeable

 

All other files should be 0644

In addition to what Chris mentioned, you might want to take a look at .htaccess files

I'm assuming this is just one site, or all of them ?
