Changin UTF coding in e-mail invoice

Hi guys,

 

I'm trying to change e-mail invoice character coding, but I can't find a solution... invoice generated in panel is ok, but in e-mail looks like on the screenshot:

Choose compatible font, check:

But now in invoice settings helvetica is checked, and for sure this font support polish language characters... So problem is not there. Any other suggestions?

have you tried another font, "dejavu" for example?

also, check the encoding of your Polish language file and/or overrides file to ensure that it is correctly UTF-8 encoded.

And dejavusansbi files already exist in this location, but to make sure I overwrited them and there is still the same problem

Ok now I got it works, but special letter is not capilalized. Is there any way to fix this?

And this letter is not so big thing, but if somebody will have Name or Surname like Łucja Łażenko it will be not so good to send PDF invoice with łucja łażenko

have you checked the language file ?

 

you'd always have the option of using a custom string (using capitals) in an language override and editing the template to use it.

Yep you're right, I translated this phrases in language file to CAPS and it's working. Name and surname beginning with capital letter working as well
