after update to ver 6, cron Credit Card Payments not processing

After I updated to ver 6, everything is working fine (invoices processed and emails sent, overdue invoice email reminders, etc.) One (the most important) cron task is not working: Credit Card Payments. Below is an excerpt from my system log on the day invoices should have been charged - you can see for that step it reports "0". I am using a Braintree payment gateway that worked fine prior to the update to WHMCS 6. Is there a more detailed log I can enable to find out what is happening?

I am using a Braintree payment gateway that worked fine prior to the update to WHMCS 6.

the simplest solution might be to contact the author of the gateway module and see if there is an updated version for v6 - though ideally you should have checked that before upgrading!

I should have included that I did update to the latest version of the Braintree gateway that is compatible with WHMCS 6.x. I can manually capture payments in WHMCS using the gateway so at least that part is working. It is the automated capturing on due date that is not working.

i'd still be tempted to contact the author about this - it's not a general cron issue as it seems to be running fine, and because you're using a 3rd-party gateway, WHMCS support probably won't be of use..

Hi,

For our official modules, this could suggest that the client doesn't have a full credit card number on file. Might be worth checking in this situation too.
