  1. For anyone that may come across this issue I believe I found the answer. The spotlight TLDs feature seems to be powered by Verisign, who only supports the TLDs .com, .net, .tv, .cc, and .name. Therefore it's unable to provide the spotlight feature for .org or any other TLD.
  2. Hello, It's not so much of an issue as it is an annoyance, but when I select TLDs for the spotlight feature I'm only ever able to get .com and .net to appear. All of the other TLDs just don't appear. Thanks for any suggestions!

  7. I'm unable to activate a new order in WHMCS. It creates an account in the backend/WHM, but won't activate on WHMCS. It won't even give me an error, just an "oops something happened" page. The error logs only give me some json logs but nothing I can go on. Though when I go into the server configuration in the WHMCS settings and I synchronize them with the WHM side it activates the order.
  8. I tried contacting them and they said to contact WHMCS. I can try InMotion again to try to get a more skilled support person.
  9. Hello, I am currently having issues accepting orders. When an order is placed it creates the account on the cPanel/WHM side but WHMCS gives me errors. I am utilizing a InMotion shared hosting reseller account. I've tried changing the SQL timeout but I don't have permission, though it's possible I was in the wrong config file. The following errors are what WHMCS gives me when I try to activate an order.   10. I followed your suggestion and it still resulted in the same. I'm thinking it has to do with the url because transactions work perfectly fine when I'm not using WHMCS Bridge. I switched my payment gateway to PayPal for the time being. I'm assuming PayPal works because it opens a separate window to process the payment. Thanks for your help.
  11. Under the Gateway Logs it says "Payment capture error: No such paymentmethod: a similar object exists in test mode, but a live mode key was used to make this request."
  12. Changing the templates still results in error. I did notice that the invoices that work have the url "mysite.com/whmcs......." and the invoices that don't work have the url "mysite.com/whmcs-bridge......".

I just setup Stripe and while testing it I'm able to complete transactions while purchasing the services and through the invoices that are delivered via email. though I am not able to complete transactions through the "My Invoices" page in the client area. It gives me an error, "An error has occurred: The requested URL returned error: 406 Please try again later.". I'm using WHMCS Bride with my site so that might have something to do with it. Any ideas?
