Ticket posted at 1st January 1970 !!!

We got a strange ticket today.

We saw the bellow date in header of a ticket!

"Posted at 1st January 1970" !!!

We have not made any changes to WHMCS recently, also other tickets are showing current date.

May be it's a security issue or bug in WHMCS?

it means that the date saved in DB for this ticket is 0000-00-00 00:00:00, this ticket was created by email, API, or your website?

It was created by WHMCS. I mean the client has sent the ticket from his client area account.
