AffordableDomainsCanada
I setup and installed iWHMCS, but it seems everytime i reply, close, delete a ticket the app crashes on me. It is more of a pain in the ass then useful. Is this a common issue ? I am using an iPhone4, and am getting sick of the app crashing on me. TheHostingHeroes
HI the app crashes a few times for me but usually only when changing between brands. Replying to tickets I have not seen. Are you running the latest iOS?
zomex
The app crashes for me sometimes also but I find it very useful overall. It crashes for me when I send product related emails manually but the emails do send. I think it's something to do with charterer encoding or UN-supported characters. There's a bug I've noticed when replying to tickets from iWHMCS it'll use the name (null).

petem
Just to warn people who plan to upgrade to IOS7, it appears that iWHMCS doesn't work at all (or at least for me!) with IOS7. When you open the app it just immediately crashes. Can't do anything on it. Thanks Pete
stormy
Well, it hardly worked on iOS6, so it's not a big surprise. I'm going to miss it though.
Strats
Yes, I confirm the issue. Well, it was hardly worked on iOS6 as stormy stated above, but for quick ticket answers it was helpful. Let's wait for the update...
stormy
The last update of the app was on December 2011. I wouldn't hold my breath...

merlinpa1969
To the ones that say this is working, are you using the new mobil version or are you using the IWHMCS? It crashes as soon as it loads,
Damo
The app, not the mobile version. It doesn't crash for me. It works as it always has for me.

Alex - Arvixe
I really wouldn't expect any update on the app soon, with WHMCS 5.3 and all the other issues they are focusing on, iWHMCS really does seem to have low priority (considering IOS6 & the last update being dated 2011). Though I'd also say the mobile edition (not the app) is better, more appealing and cheaper so might just be best moving forward on that? That being said this is a commercial module so it really should be pushed to the top and made compatible. I was under the impression that this is a "beta" product and there's problems with it too. I'll have to look up the forum thread. Can anyone confirm the mobile edition works? I'll have to look up the forum thread. Can anyone confirm the mobile edition works? I'm not sure if it is still beta or not, can you link me to some of the issues that has been reported? As for being compatible, I'd honestly be surprised if it isn't as essentially it is just a responsive mobile design, not an app itself - hence it being compatible with a large number of devices & software. stormy
These are the forum threads: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?71699-Is-it-as-obvious-to-others-that-the-new-Mobile-interface-2-0 http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?72491-Is-the-Mobile-Edition-still-beta I don't see a clear answer after reviewing both
bigsean
I can also confirm the iwhmcs app crashes on startup in ios7. Was working fine on ios6, hopefully some input from whmcs staff can give us some insight on whether they are aware and will be providing an update in the near future. This is a paid addon and i would expect it to be compatible with the device and OS it was designed for. It's an iPhone app and should be updated to function with the latest ios. in any case, please let us know if there will be a fix/update.
