===========DESCRIPTION=========== I have a 100% discount promo for SSL purchase. Under Setup > Payments > promotions it is set to apply only to SSL certificates, however - when I create a new order for a client, add this promo, with the SSL, then add a few other paid for products, it correctly shows the order costs in the right hand side panel, but upon hitting "Submit Order" the 100% discount seems to then apply to all products, not just the SSL. ===========Expected Behaviour=========== The discount should only apply to that individual single product /service, not to the entire order. =========STEPS TO REPLICATE========= [1] Create a 100% discount promo for 1 single product e.g. SSL cert. [2] Apply it to only to that one product Under Setup > Payments > Promotions "Applies To". [3] Tick "Apply Once / Client Apply only once per client globally (ie. only one order allowed per promo)" - leave all other options as default. [4] Create a new order for a test client, add the free SSL product (and ensure the promo is selected in dropdown). [5] Add another 1 or 2 products that are not free, e.g. widget A $100 one off fee. [6] Pricing is correct in right hand panel. Click Submit Order - the order page displays with all products discounted by 100% - and the confirmation email is received saying "payment complete". Payment Status also appears as complete under the order. Clicking on the invoice ID shows that all the products have been discounted by 100% (the promo code for the free product shows against all products). =======ADDITIONAL INFORMATION====== This is a fresh install of 5.2.5 Please advise if you can recreate this issue - thank you.

The text line $_LANG['orderyears'] = "Year/s"; is not shown in the correct language. In the Dutch language is still shows Year/s and not the correct translation the text line $_LANG['domainrenewal'] = "Domain Renewal"; is not showing the Dutch translation Payment instructions can not be formatted in the viewinvoice.tpl file. At least I can not see them. On the Dutch Invoices it still shows Invoice # instead of the Dutch translation

Not sure when this started, but we're on 6.2 and we frequently have clients pay multiple invoices by the same check. When we apply the payment to the invoice, we put the check number in the payment field. 6.2 is now complaining that it's not a unique transaction ID. It would seem to be a bug if the uniqueness of a transaction ID is dependent on user input. This should be handled behind the scenes by the software. I've also run into this when a client hands us cash and I try to put 'cash' as the ID. Why oh why?

Hi, in the new 2 Orderforms Supreme-comparison and universal slider there is a smarty var called: {$product.pricing.minprice.cycleText} It is the product price in styled html with tags like "/yr" or "/mo" depending on the payment term. There seems to be no possibility to translate this (except changing the template and using smarty replace as discussed here) Regards Michael

I updated to 6.2.0 today and had an issue with the new draft invoice functionality. I entered my invoice details (description and amount) and then clicked the "Publish and Send Email" button. It then published and sent a blank invoice. I understand now that one needs to click save first, but that is not 100% obvious from the interface. Perhaps the "Publish" and "Publish and Send Email" buttons shouldn't be clickable until the form is saved? Or add a save routine for when either button is pushed.

When I go to General Settings -> Support -> Ticket Reply List Order, then switch between "Descending" and "Ascending", list order of ticket replies only apply in admin area. However it's not the case in client area, ticket replies will be displayed in the same order every time. using WHMCS v6.1.1, didn't test with WHMCS v6.2 yet, but can't find related record in ChangeLog

Review gateway transaction log to and confirm no gateway transaction was created. Confirm payment gateway does work: Use the API Update Client function to update credit card details of client that wasn't created through the API. API reports success. Review the gateway transaction log and see the "UpdateCustomer" action reported. Test with API Created Client Use the API Update Client function to update credit card details of client that was created through the API. API reports success Review the gateway transaction log and see no transaction were created. Trying to capture payment on a client created with the API always throw a "No Client Profile ID Found" in the gateway transaction log.

Whenever I try to add a subdomain (address or hostname doesn't matter) containing an umlaut it get's converted to something strange. ä = a ö = o etc. Either turn it into punnycode as you do with the domain name or keep the umlauts intact. Writing a registrar module, I can't figure out if the user ment ö or o!!!

If TAX is set to "include TAX" all total prices for each country are the same but with EU-VAT addon it should be calculated on countrys or states from list f.ex. for luxembourg product price = net price + 17% or for belgium product price = net price + 21% so it should check if eu-vat addon is used with include tax option product price = net price + country tax rate

Using the Standard_Cart template if you insert a ":" colon (Without quotation) this will cause formatting issues for product descriptions.

Looks like * in latest version (v6.1.1) wasn't updated since 2013, only the following Database query i was wondering about: update_query("tblaffiliates",array("visitors"=>"+1"),array("id"=>$aff)); It needs to be updated to use Capsule instead of the old query function

Is there a technical reason for this? As with other people, I have customers that pay multiple invoices with one cheque, in fact I often have multiple customers on one lodgement ID, and sometimes the bank doesn't assign a unique ID to EFTs on my online banking, so EFTs from the same customers often get flagged as non-unique too. Cheques in particular is very useful though, as it helps my accountant track lodgements. I can't think of a technical reason why this needs to be unique, so can it be reverted please?

Hello WHMCS team. I am testing WHMCS since some days now on a local machine and on the side developped an addon. I am very pleased with your product and plan to purchase it. However i am facing an issue with the product upgrades/downgrades. I have a product which change it's value based on a number of connections (yes, it's for a VPN server). This product has a base number of 10 connections and it can go till 200. I did that config easily with the "configurable options" and on initial purchase it works fine. The problem appears when the client want to update the product connections by exemple from 10 to 50, he can't do it because he doesn't have how-to do it. I can't send him to purchase the same product with more connections because that will create another virtual server on my VPN server. I have read your documentation and it's said that if i select the option "Configurable Options" on the product "upgrades" tab, he could upgrade or downgrade the configurable options. But that isn't working. I am doing something wrong or this is a bug? Or is it just a disabled feature because i am still on the 30 day trial period? BTW the WHMCS version is 6.0.1 Regards.
