DennisHermannsen
The past few days, I've had issues accessing the WHMCS forums. It seems styling is missing randomly and pages just loads forever. I started investigating a few minutes ago and can see that it tries pulling ressources from testing.whmcs.community but fails due to a missing SSL certificate on that website.
twhiting9275
Yup, definitely seeing the same here . Not the loading, but the fontawesome stuff is missing This is typically a css issue somewhere.

Dunno., Was broken last night after PC rebuild, but seems to look great here today Welcome to crazy world 😉
DennisHermannsen
Still broken for me as well.
bear
Link for the icons that aren't, up at the top. Dev tools say they won't load because of a bad cert. Cleared *my* cache (though I don't cache pages), same result. https://testing.whmcs.community/applications/core/interface/font/fontawesome-webfont.woff?v=4.7.0
DennisHermannsen
@WHMCS John are you aware of this issue? 🙂
Damo
I've reported this a couple of times, in previous months, via the feedback area but nothing has changed.
twhiting9275
And broken again One thing I noticed is that when it was working, it was a full screen layout. It seems that the boxed version is not. Now if only I could get my old tail end to remember just how I switched off that layout , haha

The selected theme is stored in a cookie. It worked for me once but was back to the broken layout the next day.

Staff just needs to fix it The site is trying to pull FA resources from a url with an expired certificate. Since the year is 2024, not 2000, all browsers are going to reject those resources until the certificate gets renewed, or a proper path for this is entered
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 18, 2024 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 18, 2024 Thanks for the reports everyone. This has been raised with the admins to be investigated. Strangely I'm not experiencing the issue at present, so it does seem to be somehow intermittent or at-least not impacting everybody.

That would be due to the testing . whmcs. community site been blocked / firewalled to us on outside.
twhiting9275
Thought I'd try another browser. Both Opera and Firefox are trying to load FA (which is where the problem comes from) from testing.whmcs.community as well Of course, both are broken. As I mentioned , if it's working for you @WHMCS John, it may be because you're using the full width layout, which didn't seem to have that problem. Unfortunately, I've been shifted back to 'boxed' , and it looks like default browsers are as well now. Doesn't seem to be possible to go back to full screen either

Maybe because you have access to testing.whmcs.community.
WHMCS Support Manager Solution WHMCS John Posted April 4, 2024 WHMCS Support Manager Solution Share Posted April 4, 2024 Hi all, This should now be resolved. Please let me know if you're experiencing the issue.
twhiting9275
Back to forced full width (which I have no problem with, whatsoever), and yes indeed. I can verify that this works as expected again.
DennisHermannsen
Working again, yes. Feels almost weird. I was getting used to the fixed width 🙂
