Hi Zomex,

We have confirmed that the software was operating correctly per the current design in accordance with your usage and settings, and that the license tier was assigned appropriately based on that. So the price that you've been billed is correct.

I understand that you feel this design should be changed surrounding one-time products, that is something we can potentially consider for the future. In the meantime we have provided guidance on how you can manage your services and clients and adjusted your license tier for invoices this year.

I am sorry we are unable to see eye to eye on these matters, but please don't hesitate to let us know if you have questions or concerns beyond what has already been voiced in this thread.

I understand it might be hard to take money out of the bank to repay Zomex, but what is preventing you from doing the right thing and credit him for the future? You keep a happy customer, make your money honestly instead of by exploiting a loophole/misunderstanding/whatever, clean up your public image (which as I'm sure you're aware, is really really bad) and everybody wins.

It's baffling that you choose greed instead.

WHMCS have no interest in doing the right thing.

They are denying that a $3k overpayment is unjust.

Up to you to know they were screwing you without your noticing. These days, I just assume.
