Cannot order using "own domain name" version 8.1

I tried using All order forms that come with whmcs v.8.1.    Potential clients cannot  select "Use my own domain"  to order hosting because the order form does not permit the selection.     Please tell me what works?     I tried all themes including classic, default, Six and Twenty-one etc.  With no luck.  The default setting shows the whmcs banner as well.

Help please as no one can order as it sits!

Hi @Nova,

Do you see the "Use Own Domain" option, but clicking on the radio option doesn't select it?

Or is the option not displayed at-all?

 

If the former, check your browser's console, as there's likely a CSS or Javascript error in your Theme or Order Form Template.

If the latter, the Use Own Domain option can be enabled in Configuration > System Settings > General Settings > Domains tab.
