Resolved issue with quote: add predefined products do not import price

Hello there

I have found an issue on v7.9

I detected that  if we have  a product setup as:  Payment   Type   One time 

when we  try to create quote on v7.9 and try to add predefined product, it will come with price 0 just because we have it setup as   one time, if we change it as  recurring it work as expected.

PS: It also happen on my dev installation and   production installation. On v7.8.3    it was working fine

I tested this and actually found an Oops error to be occurring in my test environment when attempting to add the OneTime product to the quote.

As such, I have opened case CORE-14168 with our Development Team to have this reviewed for future releases.

If asked to overwrite any files please do. For reference we’ve assigned this particular issue within WHMCS a case number, CORE-14168 as you are aware.
