  1. Hello, Its not possible to remove created users permanently from WHMCS admin. If i am wrong, how to remove them if none of client account is associate with that user account. In Manage Users page should be an option to remove account permanently if the users is not associate any client.

  3. We are getting Segmentation fault in cron after upgrade to 7.9.
  4. I was beta testing the new eWay secure fields in the RC, and it was working mostly OK. However, after updating to the full release, it appears my cron job is no longer attempting to process cards. The cron appears to complete OK - But in the cron email, it says '0' Credit Card Charges.. I can see lots of overdue invoices for the last two days - none have been attempted. I was able to process them manually via the admin area in WHMCS, but obviously somthing has gone wrong. Anyone else have same issue?
  5. Hi, I've been trying to resolve this for hours now. We have the Stripe and BAsic PayPal gateways installed and setup. When we make any purchase we are getting an Oops error on the "cart.php?a=complete" URL: Error: Undefined class constant 'Active' in /*****/includes/invoicefunctions.php:0 Stack trace: #0 /*******/cart.php(0): getNewClientAutoProvisionStatus(1) #1 {main} (The *** are redaction not the actual error) Has anyone else seen this or have a solution? We can't get past it which is causing us some grief. The Stripe orders are not completing and PayPal isn't redirected at all.
  6. I've opened a ticket.. however I wanted to post here as well. When my first daily cron ran today, an invoice was successfully charged but the invoice was not marked as paid and not sent to the customer. I use the inbuilt stripe gateway and no changes were made on my end since the upgrade. The transaction shows in the gateway log, but not the transaction list. The invoice does list the transaction as well, but the invoice is marked as unpaid still. Side point, it's like the daily process did not complete properly as no cron email was sent to the admin either and the billing stats on the dashboard so todays income as $0 In the system health I see: .. this despite the cron running successfully every 5 mins. I've even run it manually via the cli with -v and no tasks are pending/queued. I've included this in ticket #ANR-898319 Anyone else seeing this?

  8. The WHMCS-made Paypal Balance & Lookup addon is broken by the new date picker. It just asks for a start date again, and the icon doesn't fit in the box. You can find the addon in the Apps & Integrations section, it's not on the marketplace.

Hi, new Phone Number Format introduced in 7.4 remove the 0 (zero) from the phone number if it's the first number, and this is not good for Italy because we have phone numbers starting with 0 and it's mandatory. For example +39.0331451111 or +39.0289451111 Even if we disable the automatic format the 0 is deleted. All the numbers starting with 0 are now messed up. What you suggest to do?
