autosetup does not work on Accept Order API

I'm going to transfer my customers to WHMCS with WHMCS APIs, all options worked but when I set valued autosetup and sendemail to false , that order created by WHMCS on my WHM(CPANEL),It does mean true and false does not work in them.

 

what shall I do now ?

Could you please clarify the issue you are having

Make sure the actual product you're trying to setup is set to automatically setup , that's likely to be the issue in this case.
