Hello,

I am able to create new Cpanel from my WHMCS.

But when I try to change a client package in whmcs > products / service > (after selecting a new package) change package says :

Module Command Error

Specified package does not exist.

I have very latest whmcs.

It is happened at the time of upgrade/downgrade.

I want to revert back to V6.3.1 with my present database.

Is it possible ?

I do not wan to restore the old database backup but I want to using v6.3.1

the advice tends to be that it's not possible.

The only way to revert back to WHMCS 6.3.1 is to restore your pre-upgrade backups.

You would then to re-enter any orders and payments made since the upgrade as these would be lost.

Dear Mr. Chris D,

I have checked with login details of server WHM.

I am able to connect, changed the password, Terminate, suspend and unsuspend etc. from WHMCS.

But only Package Changes is not able.

Module Command Error

Product attribute Package Name "WHMuser_LH-1GB" not found on server. LH-1GB is my package at WHM.

Hello Ani_Web,

We do have a known issue logged with the changing of packages there is a case open with our developers under the case #MODULE-6457 I have flagged this forum thread to be notified as soon as we have a fix in place.

In the meantime, the workaround is to manually change the packages on your WHM Server, I appriciate this isn't ideal but we will let you know as soon as we have a fix for the Change Package functionality in place
