  1. There is a bug in the code, I provided with support more details so hopefully they will have a fix soon. If you check "Attempt Only Once" in automation settings it will fix it for now.
  2. You might want to open a ticket, support told me they couldn't replicate the issue but it has happened now two days in a row on multiple WHMCS instances on multiple servers for me.
  3. I'm using a different gateway, for some reason WHMCS isn't attempting to capture any due payments.
  4. I'm having the same issue with multiple WHMCS instances. I opened a ticket and haven't gotten anywhere with support yet.
  5. Hello, I’m not aware of any issues with this module, we use it ourselves. If you have any problems with it we will be happy to give you a refund.
  6. It would need to be on a different server, if it has a different ip on the same server it would still not work as the csf block is for the whole server.
  7. Hello, there really isn't a way to make that work. Your best options is to setup WHMCS on it's own VPS.
  8. UnblockIP 2.13 is now available for download from our client area at https://www.serverping.net/clients/ What’s new? -Code has been updated to work with WHMCS 7.x and PHP 7.x -cPanel API Key support has been added -You no longer need to edit your clientareahome.tpl to use the auto unblock feature, a hook is used now instead. The output that is displayed can be modified in the templates/clientareaoutput.tpl file -Various bug fixes
  9. I apologize for the delay in not having an update recently to this module, I've been tied up working on some other projects. I am still planning on updating this module soon to work fully with the latest version of WHMCS and PHP 7.x and support for WHM api tokens. The basic functionality does still work with the latest version of WHMCS but I have noticed a few minor issues that need fixed.
  10. I just deleted the new version and uploaded the old version and it worked fine. The new version was terrible, it lost track of which items had been billed for and hours for each task. When I switched back, all of the previous data was available.
  11. I had to switch back to the old version because of the exact same issues! Hopefully they will fix this in the next release.
  12. I've updated the script to work with WHMCS 7.2.x now: https://gist.github.com/jclarke/92cb1e0d6f312872690f3c2b4be86bf7
  13. I noticed that to and posted an update which should fix the issue (same url). You will still periodically see the confirm screen but it will automatically reload and you will not have to put a password in.
  14. This module has been updated now to support WHMCS 7.x as well as support for both PHP 5.6 and PHP 7.
