WHMCS doesn't create a Plesk Account

Hi,

I've a problem.

My WHMCS doesn't create a Plesk account when an order with only the domain s made.

If someone buy an hosting package, then the Plesk account is being created, but this is not the same for the domains registration.

Is there any way to do that?

I surfed all the internet without finding anything.

I can confirm this is the intended behaviour; the client would need to create the addon domain record within Plesk themselves to add it to their existing hosting account.

I think Arkosoft means if a new customer only orders a domain then WHMCS doesn't create a plesk customer and account.

How would that be possible? Because a new customer isn't able to create a plesk account by himself!

Right, they'd need a hosting account under you in order to do that.

And how would it be possible that this hosting account is automatically added on a domain order of a new customer?

Hi,

You could potentially write some custom code to add a hidden free hosting product to the shopping cart when it contains a certain product. Then trigger that code with an action hooks, probably PreShoppingCartCheckout or PreCalculateCartTotals
