Customer gets blank page when viewing invoice

I've been looking for a solution and I do see people with similar problems, but it doesn't seem to help me so far.


When a customer logs into their client area and tries to view their invoices by clicking the view-invoice button behind their invoice number, they get a blank page. When I set the Default template in the setup, the page shows up correctly and even carries my logo.


It's almost as if a php file was updated in a later version but should have been copied to the template folder or so.


The templates_c folder is set to 777, so that cant be it either.


Any ideas please?

if you say that it works with the default template, but fails with your custom template - then there must an issue with the custom template... perhaps it contains incorrect code, maybe it hasn't uploaded correctly...




your activity log might provide further details to the reason...


utilities -> logs -> activity log
