  1. How do you resize the logo on the header? My logo is way too small I've tried editing some lines in my theme's (twenty-one) css file but nothing seemed to work. Thanks for any help!
  2. Hello there I have 4 Mail in payment gayeway and soon 3rd payment gateway to get it active... I created them using default WHMCS one´s and just editing names. I was thinking if i could have them with logo. I saw an old @brian! post from 2018 related to paypal, but after look deeper I guess it do not aply for mail in payment. There any other post outthere to pointing me on the right direction, any inputs where to look at?
  3. I have opened a support ticket for this but the response from WHMCS has not been helpful, so I am hoping somebody here can assist. I have been running WHMCS without issues for over 8 years and when I recently upgraded from an older version (I think it was somewhere in v5) to v7 I changed the logo on my PDF quotes and invoices. That logo now appears horribly fuzzy and unsharp when viewing the PDF's on the computer. It's not so bad printed, but I really want it to look professional when a customer is looking at it on their screen too. I have been told by support that the file size should be 300x100px, which I have complied with to no avail - it still looks horrible (and it's not the source .png I am using - that looks fine on its own). I have tried larger and smaller versions, versions with higher DPI settings, etc, but I can't get this logo to appear sharp on the PDF. Can anybody provide a solution to this very annoying issue?
  4. I found the new location has no logo inside, assets/img/ and nothing, so I upload my own logo.png, not working, I right click the logo shown in the client area and opened in a new tab, and it says it is located here: templates/six/img/logo.png So I upload my logo there, and overwrite the WHMCS logo... not working, it changes back to the original whmcs logo.. I cleared cache changed browser, nothing seems to work, any hint? http://facupuig.com/client/ is the URL Thank you
  5. All I want is to have our company logo on the top left of the site where clients visit instead of the WHMCS logo. Of course I could A) Manually change out the logo in FTP (or) B) Create an entirely new template (or) C) Login to WHMCS Admin and just upload a new logo (or) D) ... (unknown... i could be missing an obvious option?) .... Problem with (A) Yes, of course, I can just change out the logo manually. BUT, each time I update WHMCS, the logo will get overwritten back to the WHMCS logo. I have to remember, amongst other things, to replace this file again and again and again with each WHMCS update. Problem with (B) My main gripe with a template is the security risk. With every WHMCS update, there's a chance there was a bug fix with the 3 default templates (default, classic, portal) and a bug fix was applied. My template would never see the update. With customer information in the balance, I can't afford to have anything outdated. Problem with © Option C is not presently supported by WHMCS. It would be ideal, wouldn't it? Going a step further, it would be nice to customize the header and footer within the admin portal directly (a configuration setting), so that future bug fixes could be applied to templates without changing the theme. Problem with (D) I don't know it and could be missing something entirely. Feel free to chime in.
  6. Hello, Is there any way of changing the picture that appears on the top of the email/invoice that gets sent to the client on a per client basis? I know this can be done permanently however I want the ability to change the picture per group of clients. Not to change the business name but for instance change the picture if it's a Web Hosting Client compared to Dedicated Hosting Client. I was thinking I could just create a new Email Template however I cannot see a way of changing the picture. Any advice would be appreciated.
