Disk Space Usage Stats not updating

WHMCS 5.3.8 with cPanel 11

It looks like my Disk Space Usage stats stopped working about 4 months ago. The usage stats report does not update (even when hitting the "update now" link and all clients show "unlimited" disk-limit even though they have packages configured with limits (setup in both WHM and WHMCS).

All other connectivity with the server works fine.

 

I've seen several old posts about this, but nothing recently. Any ideas? How can I troubleshoot this?

anything about this in the Activity Log?

 

Utilities -> Logs -> Activity Log

 

that should allow you to see if the Cron job is generating any errors when running.

if you go to Products/Services -> Servers and press the edit button (2nd from right) on the appropriate server - when you press "Test Connection" - does it say "Successful!" ?

at first it was failed (weird because WHMCS is creating accounts, etc) .. I fixed that, now SUCCESSFUL! re-ran the CRON, but still no updating on the usage report.

that might be for the best - you can give Support more detailed information than you should mention in the forum and for obvious reasons, they'll know more about cpanel too.

Please enable module debug logging: http://docs.whmcs.com/Troubleshooting_Module_Problems

Then manually update the usage statistics (Reports > Disk Space Usage > Update Now link)

Then refer back to the module log. What entries do you see?

the cPanel API was not returning all/the correct data.. Turns out I had several accounts that were not owned by the reseller account.. Changed ownership of all the accounts to the reseller, and it began to work properly.
