Disk space billing een though Overages Billing is turned OFF

In spite of having "Tick to Enable" UNCHECKED (Setup > Products/Services > Edit Product > Other Tab > Overages Billing [ ]Tick to Enable), my clients were all billed for disk space overages last night.

WHMCS Version 5.2.12 with recent "ccfunctions.php" file updated because auto billing wasn't going out at all.

 

Anyone else having this problem?

 

Why did I think that upgrading from 4.x might improve anything. :cry:
