Product Description on PDF Invoice

I am need a Modul/Script/Hook which adds a product description (for Example when the Customors orders "Webhosting Small": 5GB, Traffic Flat, 5 E-Mail Accounts,..) from the lang file in the PDF Invoice bevor it sends to the customer.

 

 

Does anyone have something like this or can develop it? Please make me an offer.
