Constant Payment Pending Error

I am currently using the "PayPal" Payment Gateway, and any time someone makes a payment, it gets stuck at "Payment Pending". Also, when I cancel someones server it doesn't automatically delete the subscription. Can anyone help me with this?

Update: It no longer says "Payment Pending", it just says the payment was incomplete. It is now just getting worse.

best to open a ticket so support can investigate fully.

Sounds like the IPN is not doing a callback to WHMCS or is blocked.   Check error logs for the web server to see if they are blocked or even accessed.    Also check that the payments are not going through a check process like echeck as that will delay the payment and delay it being paid in whmcs.
