  2. Hello I have integrated stripe into WHMCS and it work perfectly with whmcs client area. We have our own client area using WHMCS API, but when we click on "PayNow" in invoice it will re directs to WHMCS client area for payment instead of Stripe payment gateway. Currently I'm using paypal because it will re direct to their gateway for payment. Is there any solution in whmcs or in stripe?

    Result URL for Payments

    Hi guys, I've almost finished developing a custom payment gateway, however when I submit and it posts I've set the return url(not the callback) to /viewinvoice?id=#### and there is a problem somewhere The callback is separate and is set to modules/gateways/callback/nabtransact.php But it returns me a page with no CSS and a login box which suggests it's logged out or lost the login cookie in the process. The address bar shows the payment gateway target but the page does not correspond. Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks
  6. Hi, I have "Disable Credit Card Storage" checked, as I do not want to save Credit Card Data. This has been fine up until recently, as WHMCS was not saving CC Data. I recently upgraded to version 7.2.3 and also changed my gateway to Stripe. Since then, I have noticed that the database table "tblclients" has been saving data in the credit card columns, such as "cardtype", "cardlastfour", "cardnum", etc. Is there something wrong here? Has WHMCS started saving credit card data even though "Disable Credit Card Storage" is checked? Or is WHMCS not saving credit card data, but is instead just saving Stripe token data (If so, would saving Stripe token data affect PCI compliance)?

  12. One of our customers if getting the error "Remote Transaction Failure. Please Contact Support." when trying to add a credit card to their account. The weird thing is, though, that this isn't happening to anyone else. And it's not just their own card - we've tried adding a card to the account that we've successfully added to a couple of other accounts, but it doesn't work on there either. I've been trying to diff data from tblaccounts and tblclients to compare these accounts but nothing obvious has sprung up. All the searching I've done on the matter seems to bring up people with the error for all clients, but ours is specific to one client. Can anyone point me in the right direction please? Many thanks.
  13. I am wanting to switch from one credit card processing gateway to another but I want to make sure all of the existing customers get switched over to the new gateway. If I go ahead and set up the new gateway and then disable the existing gateway, will it ask me what gateway customers using the old gateway should be switched to? I vaguely remember doing this in the past but could find a definitive answer in the docs. If the above does not work, is there another way to easily mass update all of the customer to a new gateway?   14. HI, Im wondering if there is a simple way to re-generate payment data for an invoice. (Im asking for PHP code). My example case: I have a addon created, that lists payments of a certain gateway that generates payment details for the ATM machine. Now if I didnt have the module, the normal procedure would be: 1º When the payment details expire in order to renew them I have to delete the payment data from the DB table of the payment. 2º Go to the invoice, click on the "View as Client" and it would re-generate the payment details. With my addon, I wanted to simplify the steps, because not all admin users have DB knowledge for this, so on my addon page, it would list all invoices (unpaid) and the steps for re-generating payment details are: 1º Click button delete This will delete the payment data from the DB - Working! Now I would need to re-generate it, something like calling: gateway_link() function form my addon page. Is there a simple way to do this? Thanks, David

  19. Hello All, There is a critical bug in WHMCS related to multiple currency gateways. I've had a ticket open with WHMCS for months now... but their usually good support has disappeared and is no longer replying to my request for any updates. It seems odd that they would acknowledge a bug and then just ignore it... but anyway... I'm hoping that maybe someone here has a creative solution or hack to get this working. I have two gateways, US$ and CAD$. Both gateways use a token system for security. The US$ gateway is first in the list, so I guess it's my default. I have an account that paid their first invoice using the US$ gateway. When they paid that invoice, I can see in the log "Credit Card US$ Remote Storage", which is good. Then the customer requested they be changed in Canadian dollars. Everything in their account, including the general "Profile" and specific "Product/Service" is now setup for CAD$ gateway. On the "summary" page I click "Credit Card Information" and CLEAR all the details. (Just in case these details were married to the US$ gateway.) I then input a new credit card. Upon their next renewal, the transaction is declined. In the Gateway Log, I can see it's using the "Credit Card US$ Remote Storage". It should have used "Credit Card CAD$ Remote Storage", but it did not. So, the big bug and big question is why is it still using the US$ gateway? Everything on this account is setup for the CAD$ gateway. This does not make any sense... and banging my head against the keyword has not produced the solution, hehe. It's like WHMCS is just calling the wrong gateway for some reason. I would assume that when WHMCS sees that everything on the user's profile is setup for the CAD$ gateway, it should know to use CAD$ Remote Storage. Any ideas?

  21. Hello, I've submitted a feature request....but wholy hanna, it starts with 1 vote and will likely sit at the bottom for years! I'm looking for some guidance on how others handle this situation. We are moving to WHMCS from another system. Currently we have about 20% of our customers who send in checks. Naturally we would choose the "Mail IN Payment" as their gateway. The settings for how many days before the expiration date is set for 7. That's almost enough time for them to get the checks in before they get the past due notice, but if we change it to 14....then the 80% of our customers who pay with CC will start getting invoices much earlier than they are used to (for 15 years, our old system we are converting from would generate the invoice on the day it was due and charge it). How is everyone else handling this invoice generation? Should we just put it at 14 to prevent the 20% from getting past due notices and explain to the 80% CC customers why they get an invoice early? Ideally, having the option to change WHEN the invoice is generated per gateway would be perfect, but it seems this has not been needed by most.

  24. Hi. I´m trying to develope a custom payment gateway and I need to create a form and post forward. My problem is that I need to somehow get fate into system in YYYYMMDD. In my gateways interface description I need to get this info for DELIVERY_DATE Here is a copy of the desc. "Delivery date. The best estimate of the date of delivery of the goods. If the exact delivery date is not known; using the latest possible date of delivery. Charges will be sent to the buyer with a credit facility delivery date." I found that from settings I can set up YYYY-MM-DD but how can it be modified? Please someone help me how to get my php code working.
