zetaone
There is also the Client Area >>> My Products and Services UI that the WHMCS team need to urgently take a look at. Often, customers don't know what to do with this. Just some straight line that tells you absolutely nothing. Not even a tooltip to guide someone new to know that they can access their products and services via this interface. The WHMC team need to read https://www.amazon.co.jp/Dont-Make-Think-Revisited-Usability-ebook/dp/B00HJUBRPG before shipping out the next version of WHMCS. Please, find a way to make this area more intuitively-graspable for new users. Thanks On 6/2/2020 at 9:37 AM, aegisdesign said: European-centric design? Oh ... I should have said British-centric design. You know, result is all that matters.

Quote Consistent use of OBVIOUS buttons & links in the client area. The number of times I've had to explain to clients they can click on the line in the table, anywhere, but no don't click on the URL... You can lay a lot of idiocy on the British (I'm British), especially lately, but I'm not sure that design pattern is collectively our fault. 😀

I think it's more Anglo-American centric (as the developers will be a mix of the two and more from the latter I think) - but let's not quibble over the blame. 🙂
ju5t
WHMCS, I will keep it short as there's only one thing I can say for version 8. Keep focus. We don't need Weebly and we definitely don't need more of it. Edited June 12, 2020 by ju5t

But since WHMCS earns additional money with these services, as a reseller, this will most likely be further developed. Whether we like it or not.
ju5t
Unfortunately, it most likely will turn out that way, yes.
