Weebly FTP account not created on cPanel

Recommended Posts

Hello,

To reproduce this error, I have to order a cPanel hosting account and a weebly plan (as an addon).

I have noticed (on two account creation for new clients) that my customers was not able to publish their weebly website.

After investigations, each time the weebly FTP account was not created on the cPanel hosting associated.

After having a look to the emails sent during creation process, I'm wondering if the weebly account is not created before cPanel account ? Or at the same time ? or too quickkly after ?

Did you encounter this error on your sides guys ? Thank you for your help.

Hi all,
In order to see the commands being sent/received between WHMCS and cPanel when creating the FTP account, the Utilities > Logs > Module Debug Log tool can be used.
Please enable it, reproduce the problem, disable it again and then copy the data into this ticket reply for us to review.

More detailed instructions are published at http://docs.whmcs.com/Troubleshooting_Module_Problems

Note: Please take care of remove any sensitive information before posting it publicly here.

Any updates/thoughts on this @WHMCS John

What do you do if the FTP Accounts are there, the front-end files within cPanel are there BUT WILL NOT update the changes from within the Weebly builder?
Full content is within the builder; just no changes reflect on front-end; and not a caching issue

Where is the variable for setting which FTP Accounts for which webpage, etc?
