Client Forgotten Password (Button)

Any one having issues with the client forgotten password button? the page does not load at all on my whmcs installation now? wondered if anyone else was having the same issue, there has been some updates to the login.tpl which could be causing this maybe?

Please review Utilities > Logs > Activity Log at the time of visiting this page for any errors.

Actually alittle more info, hope you can help,

it works in Chrome but firefox and internet explorer it give the following error

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

Internet Explorer

There were too many redirections.

Error Code: INET_E_REDIRECT_FAILED
