  3. Hello, I'm editing the Six template and I cannot find how to customize the service status filter for service table. To clarify: I have created my custom button filters, for the service status and I would like to add the count badges, as View shows in Product & Services page. https://nimb.ws/MpaeRK Any suggestion on how to add the count number of each status in my custom buttons ? I'm using `includes/pageheader.tpl` and bootstrap to create nav-pill buttons and default six template files with few GUI customization
  4. Condition: I've create copy of banktransfer and rename it as localbank. My goal: I want to show some dynamic Virtual Account number (combination of fixed bank code + custom field) when payment method localbank is selected and client preview invoice then choose it (viewinvoice.tpl) I've try with several variable but there's no suitable value to match the selected payment method using if-else condition. Could you tell me what the correct variable for selected payment method ? Here's my custom script on viewinvoice.tpl {if $paymentmethod == "localbank"} <td>: 123123{$clientsdetails["customfields2"]}</td> {else} <td>: 77777{$clientsdetails["customfields2"]}</td> {/if} With that code, when localbank is selected the result always show the else result. Although when I change the $paymentmenthod value to banktransfer, it still show the else result.

  6. I am trying to modify the cart.php page. This page displays the Web Hosting plan comparisons in my WHMCS website. At the bottom of this page it says "Included With Every Plan" and then lists features. I want to show this section more prominantly, so I want to move the "Included With Every Plan" heading more towards the top of the page. I looked up about the .php file, and then the .tpl file that is associated with it. I downloaded some files to look at them, but couldn't find where to move this heading as I'm not versed in php or html at all. Would there be a place I could access (probably .tpl file written in html) where I could simply rearrange the location of the "Included With Every Plan" heading? The page in question is: https://mywebhostingaccount.com/cart.php
  7. So each page generally included the header.tpl file as you'd expect, this is fine, but some pages include it twice, not sure why this is and I can't seem to find where this is. Here is an example, on the submitticket.php page, it's included twice, I've been into the .tpl files for this but it doesn't appear the header is included there, any ideas?? It's also present on the affiliate page. This is the supportticketsubmit-steptwo.tpl file, as you can see the header isn't there, I'm assuming there's a generic page where it's included but can't find it. Thanks 🙂
  8. I want to achieve the attached product ordering table. You can select the top row/ column, then the corresponding product below. Anyone know if there are any templates for this?
  9. hello community... i hope all are doing very well. today i came back again for a small help with an code. basically by default now whmcs store the last 4 digit of the Credit card number of stripe gateway. which i found less confident for our clients. so i found an idea to modify the creditcard.tpl and make the RADIO BUTTON default to ENTER NEW CARD DETAILS and i will hide the 2nd radio button. this way client will never see that their credit card 4 digit is stored.. basically even storing the 4 digit we can't do anything.. but you know the clients.... can someone guide me from this code what i should modify to make default to the 1st radio button even the card number is stored in the server {if $remotecode} <div id="frmRemoteCardProcess" class="text-center" align="center"> 11. 1. Inspired by the huge popularity that WordPress has gained throughout the years, we also kept working on further improving our WordPress Manager For WHMCS module dedicated to this world-famous CMS. Today we would like to tell you a few words about the newest, bulky 1.3.0 update which also labels the module as perfectly compatible with WHMCS V7.7. Most importantly, your clients will gain the possibility to create staging instances from WordPress installations. This will allow them to safely test out any changes or upgrades that are to be implemented before pushing the website to live. Another practical addition lies in the ability for customers to choose ready instance images of WordPress installations (set up beforehand by either you or themselves). They can also add entire WordPress plugin packages at once. And finally, with just one click your audience will enable or disable SSL for hand-picked WordPress websites. Interested to know more about any of the above points or those that we still did not manage to mention? Look beneath the surface of WordPress Manager For WHMCS 1.3.0! 2. Have you heard the news about the lately released EasyDCIM v1.5.4? Guys really went above and beyond what was expected to make sure that data center business owners can enjoy the benefits of their tool in the most dynamic manner possible. Essentially, they tuned up the intelligence of the entire platform in general by introducing ultimately intuitive navigation through commonly visited forms, and adding lots of useful guidelines regarding device configuration. But on top of that, you are offered a suite of other novel features as well, including Windows Server 2019 support, personalized traffic aggregation graph, and too many other enhancements to list in here. Discover for yourself that simpler really is better! 3. Like to keep your finger on the pulse at all times? 12. Using the Six theme. WHMCS defaults to Bootstrap's max 1170px main container width on all pages that do not have a side bar. 1170px is way too wide for pages such as announcements and ticket forms (the readability of a heavy text page suffers once a paragraph exceeds a certain width, generally around 800px). So on all these pages, WHMCS wraps them in a full-width Bootstrap container with the class "col-xs-12 main-content". It would be so much easier if it adds an additional class to identify the page, such as "home-page", "submit-ticket", "announcements" etc like all Wordpress pages do, so we can style them directly in CSS via "max-width" and "margin:auto" as needed. But WHMCS doesn't do this, and I can't find the actual "col-xs-12 main-content" container in the .TPL template files (the contents in the templates start AFTER the main container). So how do I efficiently limit the width of these pages? I can use CSS to limit the width of the main element of the page, such as the ticket form, the article containers etc . The problem is that the "header-lined" class container which includes the main heading of the page and the breadcrumbs sit outside the page's contents, right under the "col-xs-12 main-content" container. Again these "header-lined" containers do not have any page identification class added. So these will remain left aligned if we center align the narrowed-down content container on the page. Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
  13. Hello, we are sending our clients some custom emails template for product renewal notice. We would like our clients email to be received with the renewal information in a PDF instead of inside the email body. Same delivery method than a WHMCS invoice. Also, like invoices, we would like the PDF to be available to client trough their client area in a document download section ( I know I'm asking a lot) Which avenue our company need to take in order to accomplish that : custom devlopement, specific module or really easy customisation ? thanks again to help me just a few weeks before the holidays!
  14. Hello! I would like to know if it is possible to use Conditional Displays with Signature. Currently my signature is Marcell Csendes on the My Account page. and I used this code in the Support Ticket E-mail template: {if $signature eq "Marcell Csendes"} Marcell Csendes {else} BroHosting {/if} ● Customer Success Shouldn't it work? I have no errors, I can only see BroHosting when getting a reply from a ticket. So have no idea what's wrong.
  15. I want to use all domains pricing table from standard_cart to modern cart order template. any one advises any best solution.
  16. Hi, Yesterday I have updated my WHMCS 6.3 to 7.2.2 by Sofaculous. Now system keep forcing me to use template six and standard_cart. Doesn't matter what I will select General Settings > General > Template and General Settings > Ordering I noticed that whatever page I will open I can see "?systpl=six" in the link. If I remove this than it will comeback on the next open page. If I change this to "?systpl=MyTemplate" and click enter it will automatically change to "?systpl=six"

  19. Hi, I am trying to create a custom sidebar, to appear only on the domains list page of the client area. I have created a custom hook file in /includes/hooks/. Firstly, I'm wrapping the 'ClientAreaSecondarySidebar' hook in a conditional statement, so it's only displayed on the Client Area Domains page ($templatefile = 'clientareadomains'). Is this the correct way to get the current page / template file being viewed? if (App::getCurrentFilename() == 'clientarea' && $_GET['action'] == 'domains') { ... } Is there a better way to do this? I tried just using $templatefile, but it's not available. Next, I am creating a new secondary sidebar. I have created some client custom fields in WHMCS Admin and I can see them in the Smarty template debug, they are included in the $clientsdetails array as 'customfields2' and 'customfields3' -- how do I access these in my hook? This is what I've tried, but it doesn't work. use WHMCS\View\Menu\Item as MenuItem; add_hook('ClientAreaSecondarySidebar', 1, function (MenuItem $secondarySidebar) { $secondarySidebar->addChild('custom-fields', array( 'label' => 'Custom Fields' ))->moveToBack(); $customFieldsSidebar = $secondarySidebar->getChild('custom-fields'); $customFieldsSidebar->addChild('field1', array( 'label' => $clientsdetails['customfields1'] )); }); Is is possible to get the $clientsdetails array and use it in my hook like this? Any help appreciated. Thank you.

  23. Hello i would to like to know how to create a new homepage.tpl style file? I saw the http://docs.whmcs.com/Creating_Pages but this show only how to create pages inside to container, so there has already a titles and subtitle inserted on code. I can´t create blank pages. I would like to set an entire new page over whmcs, but at same template folder, so I can edit every thing, doing like a land page or something similar. Is it clear? There is anyway? thanks Davi
  24. Since 2009 I'm asking for it but no aswer at all. I've been trying ticket support, forum threads and never has a final aswer. Too boring. I want a way to create templates files without default header and footer. For now I'm using condition to hide the footer and header content. This is really bad because when WHMCS update versions I have to do all the customized settings again. So I would like to know a way to create new pages in WHMCS at other template folder. I can't use resource like: http://www.yourdomain.com/whmcs/?systpl=xxxxx because it keeped in cookie and changed the template for all site. Other way was from this resource: http://www.smarty.net/docsv2/en/template.resources.tpl#templates.from.any.dir $ca->setTemplate('file:/path/to/newdir/custom.tpl'); Then in the TPL file, you have something like this: {include file='file:/usr/local/share/templates/yourtemplate.tpl'} But didnt work.... The header and footer coming together too. I really need this because I can't create new pages easy in WHMCS system. Now i opened a request at: https://requests.whmcs.com/topic/change-template-folder-directory Thanks Davi
  25. I'm proud to announce the first PHP template for WHMCS. This template comes with all of the benefits of our HTML templates but also features with many benefits that I will highlight in this thread. Fusion is also available as a HTML & WHMCS template. We recommend that you compare all formats to see which one is best for you and your business. Save $10 using coupon code: buythirdgen during checkout! -- Learn More | View Demo | Order Now Unique features - Automatic WHMCS sync - We include a optional WHMCS integration template which can be selected during checkout. The integration is clean and best of all it automatically syncs with your PHP pages so changes to the header/footer/images/CSS are automatically updated throughout all PHP and WHMCS pages making your website quick to edit and consistent. We've also implemented a logged-in/out toolbar menu which syncs perfectly between the PHP and WHMCS pages, it's also editable in a single file for all pages. - Easy 1 file edits - These templates use PHP includes allowing you to update consistent parts of the template (such as the menu, footer, head etc) in one file. Changes made to the include files are automatically updated on all pages including WHMCS. - Animations - We've implemented clean but powerful animations throughout the template bringing focus to the most important areas of each page such as the plan tables & call-to-actions. - Sticky menu - A sticky menu has been highly requested by our customer's so we've implemented it on the main menu on all pages. The menu will now stick to the top of the browser allowing your visitors to easily navigate throughout your website. We've also added this feature to the steps bar on the cart pages allowing your visitors to easily follow the checkout process. General features - Responsive & fluid - This template is fully responsive and fluid so instead of responding at certain breakpoints (e.g the iPhone) it responds when the design needs to so it will support all modern devices including those that are currently un-released such as the new iPhone. - HTML5/CSS3 - This template is coded using the latest and greatest languages. The code is also clean and properly indented making it easy to edit - Pricing tables & feature boxes - It comes with custom pricing tables which support 1-6 columns and also feature boxes which support 1-6 boxes (can be customized easily to support a unlimited amount). - CSS mega menu - It also features a integrated fully CSS based (no Javascript) mega menu which also responds perfectly - Lots of HTML snippets - I've included multiple custom made elements including pricing tables, feature boxes, login boxes, data tables, buttons, feature grids & domain checker. All of these elements are responsive and integrate perfectly with the template out of the box. - Social integration - includes Facebook, Twitter & Google+ buttons - PSD files - it includes PSD files which are already the exact size as used in the template such as the logo, banners etc How does the integration work? The PHP template is used for your main pages and then the matching WHMCS template along with WHMCS itself is installed in a separate directory allowing you to support the functionality of the software while maintaining the look and feel of your main PHP pages. domain.com - your PHP pages (e.g domain.com/index.php, domain.com/web-hosting.php) domain.com/clients/ - WHMCS with the integrated template we have created With this setup you can promote your services/products using PHP pages so they are lightning fast and then link the order button(s) to the products which are created in WHMCS. So your visitor views your PHP page, clicks on the order button and they are taken to WHMCS to purchase while the design of WHMCS matches your main PHP template. The images/style/header/footer/menu contents comes from the PHP template so changes to these sync automatically between all of your PHP and WHMCS pages. Customization This template will require HTML experience to edit but with that experience it'll allow you to get setup quickly. All you'd need to do is customize the text, menu and pages to suit your needs. PHP experience isn't needed as PHP is used sparingly in the template and is easy to understand with HTML experience.
