david.steadson Posted August 13, 2017 Share Posted August 13, 2017 I've a new installation of 7.2.3. I've setup POP import and the Cron job and all appears to be working well. The Support Ticket Mail Import Log reports "Ticket Imported Successfully" and I can click on the subject there and read the email. I've tested from multiple email addresses sending to multiple "support department" addresses. Problem is, a ticket is never created. Checked all the logs and anything else I can think of, no errors. Also, do you have the emails in the support department?
