delays in support email ticket creations

We use the pop cron to generate support tickets and it's set to run every 5 mins, however I wont see new tickets for at least 15-20 mins it seems - maybe longer.

 

I've checked the cron job and it seems fine. Any suggestions on where else I might take a look?
