Dimitra
Hello, I am using WHMCS v7 and I have a problem with the page speed. The html pages of my website are loading fast, but the client area and the administration area are very slow. What I tried in order to fix this: Delete the hooks I had created Reduce the amount of Suggested tlds in domain search Could the problem be one of the following? Too many FAQs in Knowledge Base Mor than 60 SSL Certificates in the products section Two hooks to activate Softaculous More than 300 tlds in the domains list in administration Any advice would be helpful. Thank you. Edited March 20, 2017 by Dimitra
brian!
What I tried in order to fix this: Delete the hooks I had created Reduce the amount of Suggested tlds in domain search I take it there was so significant difference afterwards? Could the problem be one of the following? Too many FAQs in Knowledge Base More than 60 SSL Certificates in the products section Two hooks to activate Softaculous More than 300 tlds in the domains list in administration I would have thought (1) would only be a potential issue on KB pages, (2) in the cart, (3) on product setup and (4) when domain searching. do you have access to a free developer's license (e.g did you get your license direct from WHMCS?) - i'm wondering if you could setup a fresh install with a clean database; add 1 product and 1 TLD and see if there's any great difference, also, I assume you aren't using a custom theme in either the client or admin areas?
Dimitra
No, I am using WHMCS templates both in client and admin area, but I have made some customisation in the client area template. I will try a new install and see the results.
