Email Marketer: Mail customers who didn't paid

Hi,

 

I want to send an email to customers who didn't paid after sign up.

 

Im not sure how should I setup the Minimum Number of Active Products/Services and Maximum Number of Active Products/Services.

 

May be minimum 0 and maximum 1?

Hi,

I'd suggest making this a Product/Service related rule instead. That way you can select the Pending and Fraud statuses and send it x days after ordering.
