    Customer Invoice Mail

    Good morning community How do I make all the services to be renewed appear on the "Customer Invoice"? In all "Customer Invoice" emails I only see that the hosting service appears and does not add the domain, both services were purchased the same day. The domain renewal is sent in different mail. I will greatly appreciate your help Greetings.

  3. Hello, I know this sounds "old school" but we like to send clients a card or gift via postal mail service a couple times per year. Is there a way to print mailing labels? If not, any clever ideas how to make this happen? Thanks in advance! Ken

    Can't import email status

    Hi When i try to run the Ticket Importing using POP3 Import it gives me no errors in my ssh console. But no tickets is imported. SSH ouput: POP Import Log Date: 01/08/2015 12:37:23 My email importing log does not have anything in it. Email importing log: As you can see, nothing. What can the couse be? Thank you Isnt there someone that knows what to do?
  5. When I reply to a client's support ticket in WHMCS, my understanding is that all the client receives in the email that they receive is my single reply. In other words, the full conversation/thread of emails that have been exchanged on that ticket so far are NOT included in the email the client receives each time I make another reply to their ticket. Is it possible for a client to receive the full conversation of emails against a ticket, each time they receive an email with my latest reply to their ticket? A client has just asked me if this is possible. I recognise that they can login to their client area in our WHMCS to see the full conversation thread, but what they're requesting is specifically that they see all comms to-date in each email they receive.
